Also, I usually don't complain about the Ref's.......but WOW! Not an impressive effort on their part.....They don't throw a flag multiple times on PI's, and then all of a sudden they call it in O.T. If anything, it should've been Offensive there at the end. They let them play the whole game, and then there's the call.....Gift wrapped just in time for Christmas.....Tampa Bay should send the Ref's a Thank You Card! I take a few things away from this game. One of the biggest is that McDermott is holding this team back. He constantly preaches toughness and coaches scared. He tells his team "I don't trust you to gain 3 yards" in a big spot and punts. What does the coach do? Take the ball out of his hands at the most crucial moments. McDermott's conservative mindset lost us this game. You can complain about the reffing, which was objectively terrible, but we know that the Bills never get the calls when it matters.
