What is going to be so funny to see is how this board has posters who melt down when he starts the season not dressing. Devin and Zack will dress to start the season and if Jones is dressing for STs it's a numbers game. Be patient Bills fans, we won't see a lot of him until later in the year. I can only think of one: Sherlock...

Moss is a pure Rb.

Freddie's Dead
Cook got a one-way ticket to the pines. I think I saw him on a pass pro snap after the fumble. Let's hope he's not in the McDoghouse.

Just gave it up going down.

None of them are. but you let them play through it. I would’ve let him get a few more touches but as long as it’s not the dog house long term I’m ok sending some sort of message to,
Maine-iac
While it's unfortunate for Cook to have a fumble in his first game and Moss also I still don't understand why we have a RB who's one of them most elusive in the league and game after game we only find him 7 or 8 carries and choose instead to run our franchise QB with a 3 td lead. Cook will be fine and hopefully even more so than Moss. I have always felt Moss in the most replaceable person on offense.

Big C
Cook will be fine. Still pretty clear that Singletary is the best back on the roster. Good vision, good moves, tough finish, plus pass pro. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them continue to split reps early in the season though. For example...Kareem Hunt fumbled his first carry after never fumbling a ball in college. It means nothing really, doesn't change his potential. Now if he goes on to have a fumbling problem, that's a different story.
GunnerBill
Was a poor start. He didn't actually look super fast or explosive either. They put him out there lined up wide and one point and he seemed to run a wrong route. Not sure he quite looks ready. Might join Elam in the being brought along slowly camp.

RyanC883
at this point, just trade our 1st-2nd round picks for a bunch later in the draft. Beans picks later on are crazy. Jackson(7th), Benford (6), Dqvis (4) and Brown (3), Milano (5) all making an impact last night. In all seriousness, Cook likely just had an off game, just happened to be the first one. bmur66
I have really not seen anything from Cook yet but I am sure it will get figured out. By the way, did Singletary also fumble his first real NFL carry? I know someone else did too.

DCofNC
Guess they shouldn’t have hidden their new weapon all pre-season. I just don’t see it with these RBs. Motor is the clear cut lead guy, yet Moss gets all the work. For whatever reason they decided to draft a guy who was a back up in college, to a guy who’s not as good as Moss and expected him to be a big factor. Interesting strategy all around. machine gun kelly
He’ll be ok. He had first game jitters. He’ll be fine. McD will sit him down, and get him to relax. Never get too excited or low on a guy. Just as I’m elated from last night, it’s not like we won’t have to fight through some wins.
