Rc2catch
He should 100% get some interviews. But the odds of him being hired are slim to none. Most of these teams want the next up and coming coordinator not a 60+ year old.

The team that hires him would have to have a combination of at least 2 of the following 1. Already have a franchise QB 2. Be atrocious on defense 3. Has all kinds of character issues 4. Is completely tanking I don’t know of any team that does

boco357
He should have got the Texans job a few years ago. Unfortunately I think teams don't view him as a flashy hire like a Mcvay assistant of the week. He does deserve another shot though. Just in Atlanta
Of course he will. To think he didn't get serious consideration last year is silly. He's by most reports a phenomenal coach and by most (excluding some on this channel) a solid coordinator. I echo the sentiment of many here: He's repeatedly fielded a top defense every year he's been here. I'll never understand this trend - it's bonkers. I wouldn’t mind seeing him gone. Especially if the Bills pick up a pick in the process. I always feel like Frazier’s defenses are a paper Tiger. Ranked high but fold when it really matters. Hard to tell. It seems like it matters less and less how long someone has been a Coordinator in the league. Kliff Kingsbury, Arthur Smith, Kevin Stefanski, Mike McDaniel, Brandon Staley and Zac Taylor all got hired with two years or less as NFL Coordinators. I dont think play calling is an underrated portion of being a head coach, I just think teams are relying less on that aspect when hiring head coaches right now. If the Bills end the season still in the top 5 of offenses and have a nice playoff run in them I think Dorsey could be a favorite in Carolina without question. None of the others compare with a 64 year old whose last HC job was when he was in his early 50s. It's not like they'd be bringing back a guy like Bill Cowher. As far as the other notable coaches, here are their ages when each was hired by his team: Carroll 58 going on 59; Belichick 48; Reid 55; Harbaugh 45 going on 46; McCarthy 56 going on 57.

boater
Due to age and being defense, Leslie wouldn't be a flashy hire. Whatever fan base that gets him as HC will be deeply disappointed. Therefore, he won't be hired. Vacant HC positions will be filled by younger offense guys.
