If Beane doesn't do anything before the trade deadline it's an epic fail

giving up a second or third round draft pick is not "nuking our future" you want to win it all the first time then worry about multiple wins.

Again, who are we sending a 2nd for (or in a lot of demands, a 1st), that is not only an appreciable upgrade on what we already have (as in they'll actually make a real difference, we know many players would be "upgrades" over 3rd stringers and whatnot), but won't require kicking cap hits down the line?

Who likes sweet wine besides 16 year olds who drink boons farm?  Amateurs!!

LOL   Boones Farm? Is that stuff still around? Does it still pair well with blonde hash and blotter acid?....all for under $20?....not counting the Ted Nugent tickets.  🤪

Blotter Acid and Cheap wine.

That's a guarenteed bad trip. Most likely the  Blonde hash turned out to be just a bouillon cube. Screw the Nugent tickets, you were never making it in to the show that night

I'm honestly surprised that Moss had any trade value at all.  Shocked actually.

Nothing against the guy because he seems like a good person, but it's not like he ever showed much of anything on the field.

so...anger?

I don't think the Cowboys are looking to trade and that's not a priority position for us anyway.

This thread is an epic fail. Why do you care if we are a part of the player shuffle when we already have the best team in the NFL?

Beane added a couple of depth pieces, though, so I hope that helps you take a couple steps away from the edge of the cliff.

With KC and Baltimore making moves, Beane needs to do something. There's glaring holes at safety depth and OL depth and even WR in some respect. I'm not hard up on RB like the media is, but if he doesn't at least get a safety with poyer being held together by Elmer's glue and gum and I love him but the dude getting hurt every week

😂🤭

Go Bills!!

I am soooo glad we avoided an EPIC failure.

That was too close.

Imagine the national ridicule and embarassment we would've gone through.

How could I have shown my face in public again?

How would I have explained this to my loved ones?

Your right. toney is a great receiver, now KC has weapons we can't even match

And with that stellar secondary, ravens with smith equals number one defense for sure.

Your right beane should at least traded a 1st, even 2 of em just so we could compete and maybe one day be the number one seed in the afc

Not sure if folks are done having fun spanking him yet.

Everybody gets a turn with the paddle.

My only regret is that the OP's handle here isn't TheMonkey, because, obviously, we would close the thread by saying that we're all done... spanking TheMonkey.  Get it?  #dadjoke

Trading for Hines after drafting Cook early, cutting Bryant, and bringing back Dean Marlowe(!) still could hover in epic fail territory.

Hines is insurance for a Singletary injury and will get some snaps. Cook continues to develop having a solid game vs Pack. Cutting Bryant ( ps ) most likely. A guy named Trey Whilte needs a spot. DM understands our system and is upgrade over JJ but not Hamlin. Nice moves 👍
