unbillievable
If Daboll leaves, we should bring back Lynn. It wasn't a bad breakup when he left. I wonder if he is willing to come back. 3

clayboy54
For Christ's sake, no. We don't need to change offensive philosophies with Josh now. If Daboll goes, we promote from within. 16 2
Just Joshin'
What was it about his offense you liked? I do not recall him being a good OC. A great RB coach but an average OC at best.

NoHuddleKelly12
No thanks--this offense is built to actually throw vertically downfield, not dink and dunk on 3rd & long.

gjv001
I'm hoping if Daboll gets a HC job, we promote from within a keep the Offensive system.
Call_Of_Ktulu
Lynn sucks and I don’t want his input on anything offense on the Bills. Plus I don’t want a guy who would’ve started TT over Herbert, his evaluation skills are horrid.

unbillievable
Lynn is well respected coach. He's a culture fit. Also, he would help the run game and short passing game; the Bills' (arguably) least effective facet of the offense. Not to Mention Herbert was still slinging the ball out there. Heitz
But we've heard of him! Not only do we have great candidates in-house, it would send a bad message to go outside the organization, rather than promote from within. I mean those guys have EARNED the job and learned at the hand of Daboll. Just how hiring should happen...
Royale with Cheese
We definitely should bring him back. Josh threw 10 INT's this year which is a glaring sign we need to stop throwing the ball and just run it all the time.

Domitian
Out of all the potential OCs out there, I'm not sure why you'd bring back a guy that was already here and not really especially successful, plus favors an offensive philosophy that is the opposite of what made this offense a success. BaaadThingsMan
I donno if McD goes outside the organization. Hes built a team of teachers he trusts. I think someone who already has a relationship with Josh will be promoted for continuity.

K-9
This offense belongs to Josh Allen at this point and I can’t see him sharing it with anyone that didn’t have a hand in its development. Daboll leaves, Dorsey becomes OC. That simple. 1

buffaloboyinATL
Article from July 2019. I believe they have been grooming Ken Dorsey as Deboll's replacement. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2019/07/buffalo-bills-gm-unbelievably-smart-ken-dorsey-has-natural-bond-with-josh-allen.html “You never know how a match is going to be. He had never worked with (offensive coordinator Brian) Daboll either. But Brian (has) seen how valuable Ken is, and how good that Josh (is) responding to him. I think last year, Josh being a rookie also, Brian was really attached to there. You’ve seen him, I think if you guys have paid attention at practice (in spring practice), Brian has moved around more seeing what the O-line’s doing, seeing what the receivers are doing. And I think that’s a testament to the trust in such a short time he has in Ken.”

Rc2catch
He has ZERO ties to this team. The only thing linking him to Buffalo is his playbooks from his office in hard knocks apparently. He’s not a fit for what we do anymore.
