I call it like I see it unlike many here who consistently convince themselves the Bills are great in every aspect…I’be consistently said Allen is easily a top 3 QB and him not even top 10 in the top 100 is a complete joke. They should easily win the division and have a SB caliber roster no question, but this season is about winning the Super bowl and they have some holes on the roster that many here have questioned why they didn’t do more. You said it yourself, a Super Bowl caliber roster. It seems you feel they should be great at every positional unit. If you put more money in one place, another place won't have as much. If the Bills put a lot more into WR depth, you would complain about another unit not being as strong. You feel the only way to beat the Chiefs is you have to win a shoot out. But both the Bengals and Bucs beat them with defense in the AFCCG and Super Bowl. Any time you bring up the Bills great roster, you only talk about Allen. You've said multiple times that "Allen carries this whole team" so how are they a Super Bowl roster like you said they are? You don't want to give credit to Beane building a Super Bowl roster, you want to focus on what you think he didn't do.

Freddy was the best running back in the NFL during the 2011 season (at least). Marshawn asked to be traded because he knew FJ was better. This is not true. MJD had 1600 yards rushing and nearly 2000 yards from scrimmage that year . Ray Rice had over 1300 rushing and over 2000 yards from scrimmage. There were several RBs that were better than Fred Jackson in 2011.

Its a two way street, there is a difference between saying i wish we had better back ups, or starters here and there, and the incessant non stop harping about it, all teams have primarily jags as backups, why don’t you grasp this, its not solely a Bills issue, its league wide. (WR, TE, Tackle) Its been our defense that has ended our last three seasons, and ALL teams have the same issues at certain positions on their offenses, its a given every single season for every single team,

Someone just tweeted the Bills are hoping to stash him on the practice squad. With his injury history, I think that's doable. I really would hate to lose him after a great off-season. I can see where injury concerns would make them hesitate to let Crowder go in his place. Besides the dead cap hit for Howard, I agree with all the moves they've made. 1

I wanted more on the offensive side of the ball (particularly along the Oline) as well. However, I wanted that defensive line fixed even more. One of the Bills' greatest weaknesses last year was their run defense. They needed a drastic overhaul to fix that and improve the pass rush at the same time. Everyone likes to point out the Pittsburgh and Jax games as evidence of offensive failure last year. They lost those games because they didn't play well, not because they needed more talent. I look at the losses to Tennessee, Indianapolis, and the first NE game where they got run over. Not because they didn't play well, but because they needed more talent.

Why do you think that is? DUH!!! Its because our defense has ended our last couple seasons, its not the offense, that’s why the defense has continued to be propped up, its pretty darn obvious., as an aside; last early seasons O line woes were primarily poor use of available personnel and our O line coaches inability to recognize it.
