Best RB in the AFC East?

Recommended Posts

Jets have no running game last year

Cheats do a platoon rb method so stats would be diff for each of theres

Miami had 2 rb used and they weren't that great.

If you go by stats per team

Blocking on third down

Catching the ball out of the backfield

Let's revisit this thread Friday morning.  I'm not convinced the Bills are definitely taking a RB  but I think it's reasonable it could happen.

Using a 1st and two 3rd’s over the course of three drafts is not a good strategy to overtake the Chiefs.

The best part about this is we finally shouldn’t care if we have the best RB. For years it’s like we wanted the best. Sure, it would be a nice supplement to our passing game now, but as last year proved, we don’t really even need it to be good.

Exactly - the only right answer is "who cares".  This isn't 1977 - the best teams in the league win by passing the football.

I enjoy that finally, we are one of them

Ryan Clark once tweeted that it looks like somebody cut his legs off at the knee when he’s trying to run..... it’s true. It’s tough to watch that man try and run.

Yet he ran all over us in recent games against us

Singletary has 4.8 ypc on 300+ touches.  Is anyone close to that?

Singletary is a good back but he seemed to disappear for large stretches last year. I did look at his numbers overall and he went for 900 total yards both years which is pretty good for someone in our offense sharing time as a RB.
