billsfan89
6 sacks as a rookie in 2017 and 7 in 2018 but appears to have regressed in 2019 with 3.5 and just 1 in 2020. Odd to see them cut bait on a once promising player but i don't see the Bills pouncing.

DCofNC
I don’t think he fills much of a need and I don’t really think he’s worth the headache. I’d bet he clears waivers, then probably heads to SF, they need help due to injuries.

Rc2catch
They should 100% put a claim in for him. Atlanta has been a mess. Even if he’s a brat he’s playing for a contract next year and has a ton to prove. Every team in the league should have a claim in for a half year rental of a young pass rusher

Saint Doug
I wouldn’t say that was a meltdown. Dude just got emotional because he was just drafted into the NFL. 6
dpberr
He's ok but as a player, he hasn't evolved much. There is talent there but I don't know how coachable his personality is. I think his decline in production is due in part to that once the league saw what he he could do, he didn't add much to it. That being said, that doesn't mean it's all on him. The Falcons have whiffed on a lot of players recently, and part of that whiff is the organization failing to grow raw talent into skill.
thewookie1
Just as Deion Sanders said, if they can channel that energy and passion into striving to become a great player; he would be a great asset going forward. He may not strike us as a basic process guy but I could definitely see McDermott liking his passion and skills.

The best part about this is that McKinley thinks he is the big deal in the situation. Ten years from now the Atlanta Falcons will still be a billion dollar NFL franchise and no one will remember him. He is the guy who give his two weeks notice and says "You guys are going to miss me around here" and then the following Monday the new guy comes in and its business as usual. 4

BADOLBILZ
He's basically the DE version of Dolphin jackass Jordan Phillips. The price is right for the process (just $800K of checks due) but the Bills are so far down the waiver claim priority that it would be a shock if he made it that far. Mark Vader
I would give him a look. Young DE/OLB, which is a type of player that McDermott could work with. Doubt he falls to us in waivers.
JGMcD2
21 years old and emotional on stage during easily the biggest moment of his life. Came from what sounds like less than ideal circumstances. Did he handle himself like a model draft pick? No. Should he be made fun of for his behavior on an emotional day? No. People react to emotional moments in different ways. He didn’t do anything wrong. 5

appoo
Earlier in the season I would have jumped on this, but for now - pass rush isn't quite an issue. He'd be behind Hughes and Addison as rush end, and for obvious pass downs you have Jefferson and Oliver who can play twin 3T as rush players. If he came in he'd be behind Hughes and Addison, but ahead of AJ Epenesa, who'd likely be relegated to the practice squad

You want to know why Dan Quinn and Thomas Dimitrof are home for the holidays? Look no further than Takk and Vic Beasley. Neither one of these two displayed one ounce of “dog”. Beasley at least had some production the SB year. They both seemed to approach football like a hobby or their side gig.
