Over 29 years of fanhood
To be fair, the Bills won because of the more points thing. But the refs called a great game too.

None of the plays by Tre White were PI as it is being called now........mainly because a play was being made on the ball.........arriving a split second early doesn't get the flag in the NFL in 2022. Maybe Miami fans aren't used to tight coverage on their fast receivers but Bills fans should be. The McKenzie PI was a penalty in any season for the past 40+ years because the defender wasn't playing the ball and plowed blindly into a receiver preventing him from coming back for a catchable ball. 2

It must be a real challenge to be a sane dolphins fan in the midst of all that.

njbuff
The Bills gained 1,000 yards against Miami in two games. Maybe their fans should focus on that defense. And if Allen wasn’t playing on fumes in the first meeting, he wouldn’t have bounced that pass to McKenzie and the Bills sweep them. Straight Hucklebuck
Blame your coaching staff Dolphins fans. Your team stopped running the ball. Your QB throws wounded ducks and hospital balls. Bills win because they have the Winter Soldier at QB at you couldn’t stop his will to win. These guys are in a full melt down. https://finheaven.com/threads/disgusted-by-the-refs.376255/ When they didn’t call the offensive pi when the receiver pushed white with both arms extended right in front of the ref , it’s pretty hard to take any complaints they have about Pi seriously. How many times were their drives extended by penalties as well? We all remember how many times Bills dbs have been flagged for not turning their heads around this season , so I can’t see how a ref could ignore calling pi on that mckenzie play.
zow2
Are Dolphins fans complaining about the refs when they got lucky that McKenzie's amazing sideline catch was ruled incomplete? then not reversed?!? Even unbiased national media thought that was a clear in bounds catch and held onto it. So in the end they get hit with a DPI that refs will call 100% of the time and have done so against the Bills as well.

The only thing I agree with is the non-intentional grounding on Allen which could’ve been called. Other then that they can **** off. Watching that replay over and over again during the game and it could have been but it also could have been personal foul roughing the passer, those Dolphins players wrapped him up long after he threw it.

That was a good example of poorly executed officiating that benefitted the Dolphins. Not because the call wasn't overturned by replay............but that the call on the field was an incomplete pass. The refs are taught to let plays like that happen if they aren't certain that they saw it..........and there is no way that official saw that as a certain drop or as out of bounds. He just guessed. That is not how it's supposed to be done. And had it been ruled a catch on the field it would have never been overturned. 3

Watching it in real time I saw a screen since the RB was hanging out by the original LOS. Like you said though, it could've just been the line getting beat bad. Not every lineman goes out to block on a screen either. So it's likely on a screen that 2-3 OL stay home to block while the other guys head out to the screen area to block

I assume the official was calling the hold by the defender guarding Davis, but then conveniently adjusted his call once it was clear that the defender boxed out McKenzie. First off, an ineligible receiver being the first to touch a forward pass is a penalty. Plain and simple, the officials completely missed that, egregious and stupid. There are so many passes now where the defender impacts the receiver before the ball arrives that get NO flags. Every team gets this benefit. But it ends up at a point where nobody knows what DPI really looks like, because it used to be if the defender arrived early, it was a flag. This rugby b***s*** is annoying too. It used to be that helping a runner forward was a penalty. Someone is going to get hurt in one of these scrums, but hey, concussion protocol is enough to show they really care about the players' health.
