Hoyer is in line to start for them now. Lol... Can't believe he is still kicking around the league. That's going to be a disaster for them.

Oftentimes they’re sitting ducks and can’t protect themselves. The concern with Josh Allen is less about an immediate injury, rather the cumulative effect of all the hard hits taken from running the ball 10x per game in addition to the pocket hits. Not that he hasn't gotten injured, hopefully the thumb injury that required an X-ray after the game doesn't compromise his passing in the coming weeks.

There was a kid on my son’s little league team a few years ago (12-13 age). Whenever he’d get hit by pitch on his leg (not hard) or slide and get a scrape, he’d cry. He was a little too old to openly cry and weep about minor bumps and bruises. The other kids didn’t really know how to react since most would shrug off things like that. I’m convinced that Mac Jones is the adult version of that kid. Or should i say, Mac Jones was that kid when he was 12-13.

Probably true because the Sith Lord is feeling the heat in Beantown. Mac needs to do what he feels is best for himself. Heck, probably not having to listen to that idiot Patricia call plays through the headset will do wonders for his mental stability alone.

Not to denigrate the guy, or anything, but if you don't have much of a tolerance for pain in the NFL, maybe you've chosen the wrong career path? If he's having this much of a dramatic reaction, it makes one wonder if he'll be mentally fit upon his return? Panic, and being an NFL QB are not a great mix. stevewin
Did anyone see the play in the game where he was going out of bounds - a defender had hands on him then let go once they were oob - and Jones literally jumped off both feet to fly through the air to try to get a flag, then came up crying for one. It was the worst fake acting job to try to get a flag I've ever seen. Dude is a crying POS Edited September 27, 2022 by stevewin 1
