Beast
That was the most physical Bills team I’ve seen since the Chuck Knox days. It appears the Bills now can beat teams in multiple ways. They look down right dominating.

A good team will turn that against us fast. Great win, but it’s not sustainable. We don’t win that game if it’s vs the Titans. The other way to look at this win is, we played a good team in the defending super bowl champs, while overcoming many turnovers that when cleansed up, this team is VERY scary! I mean, we do don’t punt and we hand a 90% conversion rate on third down. Do you honestly think they will keep turning the ball over so much?

You realize the Bills are not turning the ball over 4 times very often right? And they very well could win like this because the D is just disgustingly nasty... So let me get this straight...we dominated the defending champs on the road, won going away by 3 TDs and easily could have been 35+, but they can't get it done? Honestly I think this might be the only chance teams have of keeping games close this year Edited September 9, 2022 by Big Turk
SinceThe70s
I'll agree with OP in that Josh should not have been exposed to hits late in the game. That bothered me. I also agree with OP that 4 turnovers and an out-of-bounds kickoff (indoors) 'won't get it done' going forward. Despite all that it was a 21 point win on the road over the defending SB champ....a team that didn't put points on the board in the second half My question to @quinnearlysghost88 is this: will shutting out a team in the second half 'get it done' for you?

Joe Ferguson forever
tonights performance gets it done for at least 12 wins despite 4 turnovers. Without the turnovers, who beats them on the schedule? Still not sold on Cook tho. He seems aloof with and without the ball. Fortunately, they likely won't need much production from him and hopefully, I'm proven completely wrong.
UKBillFan
Yes, we need to reduce the sloppiness in offense. Yes, Josh’s runs need to be a case of quantity not quality. But read other forums and the majority are full of praise for the Bills tonight. Plus it’s nice to have something to work on; no team wins the Super Bowl in week one. For now, enjoy the win.

He looked dialed in from the get-go. If the RBs could hold onto the ball, it easily could have been 45-10, or more.

Sestak4ever
All this goes to show is just how powerful the Bills are on both sides of the ball. The Rams are an excellent team. Not only did we have 4 turnovers but also an out of bounds kickoff. Still won by 3 touchdowns. Notice has been sent to the rest of the league. Go Bills!!🏈🍻

Locomark
Our qb just had the best completion % ever in a Bills game… on the road Our defense just had 7 sacks. We didn’t punt. Again. 1 interception was handed to the corner by the WR. 1 fumble came on a rookies first NFL touch. you just won by 21 point against the defending champs. but that won’t get it done. Goofball. 2 1 1 1

Overcoming turnovers like tonight will haunt us some day, but I think we still win if it's against the Titans and we did it. Rams have a good D. Cook and Moss will learn to hold on to the ball or sit. MCKenzie will be more careful or lose touches to Crowder. This won't be a habit.

You actually think the Titans will fare any better than the Rams? From my understanding, the Rams only averaged less than 3 yards per carry. The Titans lost Landry for the year, and while Simmons is good, he's no Aaron Donald. I agree with cutting down on the designed runs, but dude, it was the first game of the season where problems were to be identified. And calling the Titans a good team considering they have no WR threat and still have Tannehill is being a bit generous

Nelius
Lol Anyway, this team looked unstoppable in the second half. Two key positive second half developments in my opinion - Greg Rousseau domination and Jamison Crowder's emerging safety valve status
