Process
Stills has proven to be a good deep threat at times. Only 28 years old. If Brown is going to miss significant time this move makes a lot of sense. While he's not a great option, you cant do much better than him as far as a mid season, post trade deadline addition. We aren't going to compete with teams like KC and Pitt with Diggs and Beasley as our only threats on offense. 1

HappyDays
I believe he goes on waivers so he won't make it to us. But I also don't know what value he'd have here. He's been out with an injury the past 2 games so I don't even know if he could fill in for John Brown in the short term. I don't see a fit for him.

He has about $2M left on his contract this season yet so that's definitely a deterrent.

EmotionallyUnstable
Probably because they’re playing the young guys over him. Cooks, Fuller get the most burn. Keke Coutee (sp?) plays a bunch but Randal Cobb was just put on IR so it’s kind of interesting timing. Maybe he was upset he isn’t getting more looks with Cobb down

Where are we in the waiver order? At this point in the season id assume only playoff contenders would go after him. Packers, ravens, dolphins and bills (if Brown is going to miss significant time) are the teams that make the most sense.

HOUSE
Stills will go on waivers, so any team in the league could claim him and what’s left of his $6.975 million salary for the 2020 season. https://sports.yahoo.com/texans-cut-kenny-stills-193557785.html .. Doc Brown
This offense isn't the easiest to learn and the coaching staff seems to have a lot of faith in Davis. I don't see it. He has had a few rookie mistakes but I never expected what he has been doing. Surprising b.c the Bills had such a hard time finding WRs the year we get 3 really good starters we draft a guy who is able to get playtime and contribute. Mat68
Id claim him. Similar offense to Houston. His career to this point isnt much differant than Browns prior to Buffalo. I doubt he makes it to us but weird things have happened.

thenorthremembers
Stills has all the speed in the world but he has bricks for hands. I suppose if you need a replacment for Brown fine but otherwise lean on Davis for a week or 2 and move forward with what you have.

foreboding
No chance, I think we like our young guys. As someone else said, trust comes with reps, Stills cannot get that at this point in our complex offense.

TonyBeets
This would legitimately help our offense if Brown continues to be unavailable. Our offense is quite different when we cannot stretch the field. It sure would be nice to have the Stills insurance policy.

Westside Madness
He is going to want to start. He isn't going to sign here to fight with Davis for WR4, with a possible temp role as WR3 with Brown out. I also think that could hurt Davis' development as he would move to a reserve role. However, if Brown is expected to miss significant time, then I might be a bit softer to the idea, but I don't recall hearing that...
