I was certainly wrong about Allen and this team.

Big time statement win and look forward to the national hype again this week.

Oh heck no.

You don't get off that easy buddy.

Allen is very much in the conversation for MVP still. In fact, you could say with the head to head win against Wilson and the Seahawks, Allen can control his own destiny. I don't expect it to happen because I don't think we will always be putting up huge passing numbers where it seems Wilson pretty much has to every single game.

But overall team wins and losses are a huge factor and the Bills and Allen still have potential to finish as the best team in the league so the door is still cracked open for Allen. Especially if he can knock off Murray next week.

This is a pretty wild stat.

He is the FIRST QB...

But 5 QBs are " the ONLY OTHER players with multiple such games."

What am I missing here?

The career high 7 sacks were the only blemish but a lot of that likely had to do with the all the injuries to the Bills oline and shuffling they had to do on the fly....which also makes this 400 yard day more impressive.

I think game plan come into some too. If your throwing further down the field and have to take some time for it to develop you're going to take some hits if your O-line isn't doing very well.

And the only thing Seattle’s defense could do was blitz to try and throw him off. Those screens Daboll called in the 2nd half were awesome.

He's the first to do it in 1 season. Those other QBs have done it multiple times in their careers but not in 1 season.

Allen can do things no other QB in the league can do. He’s a physical freak, and he’s gained a lot of understanding of the game the past couple of seasons. It’s crazy how every off season he manages to improve upon something. Last season he cut down on the turnovers, this season he improved his accuracy. Give him 2-3 more years and watch out. I think even by next year he might be able to cement his spot in the top tier of quarterbacks, he even could this year if he leads the Bills to more big wins like today, and goes somewhere in the playoffs.

In the same season, I had to read it a few time as well. A bit of a logic puzzle.

My only concern, not that it's on Allen in any way, but how many sacks he had.  Are other teams going to blitz  like crazy.  Do think if Morse and Ford are back, things may be much better on the line.  Morse was on the sidelines during the week, guessing he'll at worse be back the game after the bye if not next week.

Don't recall what was Fords injury last couple of weeks?  Did he re-injure the ankle or is this a new completely different injury?

And he had to be. Going against the best offense in the league with no support from the running game and he puts up 44 points. Unreal game from him.

I wouldn’t say no support.

They just didn’t even attempt to run the ball with Seattle’s secondary.

ALL the pressure was on Allen today and he was almost flawless.

2500 yards, 19 TD's passing, 4 TD's rushing (23 TD's total) with 9 Turnovers (5 INT's and 4 Lost Fumbles) on 67.1% completion percentage. Dude is a stud, top 10 QB in the game currently and has shown top 5 potential. Another opportunity for a shoot out in AZ next week, should be interesting and fun.

In one season vs over their entire careers.  If no one else answered.  But many did so, never mind.

Yep and even the ints were not all that bad. I refuse to count one of those and last week was more miscommunication. We have something special.
