billsfan89
The Bills can win on the road multiple times. But you always want the path of least resistance.
Buddo
Well, it's not as though we haven't already beaten KC at arrowhead, so there's one game we could definitely win. Should we get the Ravens at home, we would be favourites for that. The toughest part would be going back to Cincy, yet they would be doing that witha chip on their shoulder, and the Bungles might be a touch overconfident. All in all, I see no reason why it couldn't be done. This team has had plenty of adversity with moving games and weather, so having to play extra games on the road, will be no biggie, imho. If/when he gets there the team is good enough to win a SB. Road and home games won’t matter. You have this all wrong. Allen is clearly good enough to win a SB. You could plug and play him on any playoff team, and have a good chance. The rest of the team if far more concerning than Allen.

DapperCam
It’s entirely possible that we don’t have to go on the road if we end up with the #2 seed. #1 seed would just have to lose in the divisional round. Happened last year in the AFC…

Ethan in Cleveland
Absolutely they can go on the road and win. KC lost at home last season. Bills first game would be at home and the AFC Championship might still be in Buffalo. The WC round is going to be tough for whoever is not the first seed. Whoever draws the Chargers is going to lose. That allows for all kinds of possibilities in the Division round.

Orlando Tim
If we are healthy we are best team in league, but Cincy and KC are not far behind, and Eagles and 49ers are right there also.
Alphadawg7
Tonight doesn’t matter. Come playoff time, what happened in regular season won’t matter. Bills can lose this game and still reach the Super Bowl. This game will only decide where the games are played. We’ve already beaten KC in KC 2 of the last 3 games there. This is our first game against Cincy, so win or lose, we will have game film to analyze to adjust and be even better next time we see them. Even if we win this game, means nothing come playoff time. Cincy will have same film to work and make adjustments themselves. 1

DCofNC
I honestly feel this game is the defining game of the year, lose it and you have to win an extra in the playoffs, plus your confidence is shaken that you can’t handle this team. unbillievable
They have a 1 in 7 shot to make the Superbowl. If they win the last two games, they will go into the playoffs with a 1 in 4 chance. intimidatortj
If they lose to Cincinnati they are not good enough to win the Super Bowl. And, the way they have been playing the last 6 weeks or so suggests they are good, but not elite. They could improve though. Totally possible. 2

BullBuchanan
It sure looked like we were going to get run tonight before Hamlin went down. I just don't know if we can keep up with Cinci's firepower. We may have the smallest of edges at theoretical ceiling at QB, but Allen hasn't been playing at that level as of late, and Cinci may outclass us at every other position right now.

Our offense was rolling vs the Bills defense, looked unstoppable, but we did this last week vs Pats as well, and then made series of crazy mistakes and didnt score a point in the 2nd half and of course the Bills are much better than the Pats... no idea how that game would have went.
BillsBy50
Let’s not forget we let Chicago score on first drive too, and Titans as well…. We let every team score on first drive and then adjust. We started fine, offense moved downfield effortlessly and then a miscue on 3rd stalled us.
zow2
Such a sad night. i don’t think the Bills and Cinci will be playing again unless it’s a playoff game. They will play 16 games. The league will return week 18 and i think the NFL will try to figure out the fairest way to decide the 1 seed based on win % or AFC win%. and we will live with the results and hope and pray our guy walks out of the hospital.
Locomark
It totally does matter because 1 eats game and 1 hard game both at home is way easier than 1 easier game and 2 hard road games. I think there will some resolution in place of the Cinci game as well. I don’t think there will be a replay of the game. May even be a “gulp” coin toss for home field. Cheektowaga Chad
I mean the chiefs raiders in a vacuum really only matters for draft position for the raiders Why not just tell the chiefs that week 18 won't matter for them in regards to seeding so that they can have a off week/bye heading into the playoffs but also allows the bills to try and get the one seed without having to make up the Bengals game

They tend to settle in after the 2nd drive. …or do you just think the Bengals were going to perfect game us? Bills went right down the field and were a hiccup in timing between Allen and Beasley away from it being 7-7 instead of 7-3. That was not a great start from the Bills, but it’s not really much different from quite a few starts to games we’ve seen from them this year.
