The Buffalo Bills are AFC East Champions for the 3rd straight season

Never really looked like Miami was going to take the crown. They beat up on teams with a combined winning percentage of .282. Really mostly outscored them because their D was brutal in many of those games.

Bills have looked like the better team all year.

Agreed. They beat up on our 3rd string defense and barely pulled off a 2 point win. The AFCE is gonna belong to the Bills until one of the other 3 teams can actually hit on a QB.

Only trolls thought that the fish had a real chance at the crown.

You tell one of us in the drought you are going to win 3 straight division championships while Brady is still playing and we are all in

I like to think we still win the division at least 2 of the last 3 years even if Brady had stayed with the Pats… guess we’ll never know, and I’m ok with that!

Didn’t see a thread on this. Huge accomplishment.

Mid season it sure looked like Miami could take the crown.

Well, they came for the king… and they missed!

Miami has a legit team, but they're the second-best team in the division.  It wouldn't have been shocking to see the win the division -- look at some of the current division standings out there right now -- but it would have been a serious upset.

I mean, it was never really as close as it looked.  We were extremely unlucky to lose to Miami earlier in the season, and we 100% should have beaten the Vikings.  Flip those games, and we clinch the division a week or two ago.

The two Bills-Miami contests had a net differential of 1 point. The teams look to be very close.

Coincidentally a +1 point differential is what the Dolphins have for the season.  Ours is +157.  The teams aren’t close, although of course they can beat us “any given Sunday”.

After week 12 the AFC East looked like this:

 Miami     8-3

 Buffalo   8-3

 NY Jets  7-4

 NE Pats  6-5

Since then Buffalo went 4-0(3-0 in the division) and Miami, NY Jets & NE Pats have gone a combined 1-10 with Miami still having to play tomorrow.

One team stepped it up, while the other 3 wilted away, each falling out of contention for the AFC East crown. Back to back to back AFC East Champions has a good ring to it, doesn't? Let's kick some Bengals ass next Monday night and secure homefield advantage week 18 at home against New England!! GO BILLS!!

Get that freaking bye now!  Finally make KC come to us.

We’ve got to get KC to come to Buffalo.they can say all the right things like it’s not end all , but making mahomes leave and come to a hostile Buffalo home game , is huge

Tua is good and is not his fault that the team has sucked the last few weeks.

Not only are the Bills divisional champs but they also are at worst the three seed. Still a lot of work to do with a very tough game against Cincy and a not so easy game against the Patriots.

It wasn’t pretty but the Bills took care of business fairly comfortably in a hostile weather environment away. That clinched the division, the three seed and the Bills keep their one seed hopes and destiny in their own hands for another week.

I had to have multiple conversations about Brian Moorman and Aaron Schobel being our best players in my life. Brian Moorman and Aaron Schobel vs. Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, etc. Sheesh.

Was at the Vikings home debacle next to a bunch of young fans and they get it though. The Game Day Thread vs. actual Game Day Attendance is night and day. This team is locked and loaded for years. We're pretty much Baltimore Ravens status now, although clearly better. To ignore the ongoing AFC dominance is foolish. We haven't even fully unlocked James Cook yet. Be excited

As cliche as it sounds - “Trust the process”.

Even in the first Miami game, we were the better team.  A lot of “fans” looked at the results rather than the process.  Despite all of the Bills’ injuries, the team assembled (players and staff) is still better than the competition.

Agreed. We outgained the Phins by a whopping 300 yards. Even yesterday we more than doubled the Bears in yards. This is a dominant team.

I know it's been mentioned on this board before, but it bears repeating.  Since Josh Allen joined the NFL he has 3 AFC East championships.  Since joining the NFL, the Jets have 2.

They also showed a graphic - Josh has 3 4000 yard passing seasons since being drafted and in their 100 year history the Bears have had ZERO.

Amazing.
