Anyone who thinks Becton isn't putting a Jets jersey again is an idiot. There's some concerns, but that is a dumb statement.

Nah, this is from back in early January. Pretty clear that Saleh is the one wants him gone. GM probably wants to try to salvage his draft pick.

Except Saleh doesn't 'want him gone'. The scuttlebutt around the team right now is that Douglas is the one who wants to draft an OT and Saleh doesn't.. jets fans may want him gone, but that's the only people talking about it in any real sense.

Even more hilarious knowing they are losing their LT, and are STILL going all in on trading multiple picks, including #10 overall, for a WR.

*Jets trade their picks for Deebo*

Deebo: I don’t want to be used in the way that makes me worth these picks

After a very good rookie season in 2020, Becton missed almost all of the 2021 campaign because of a dislocated kneecap suffered in the season opener. He never got back on the field after Sept. 12 and his weight reportedly reached 400 pounds.

Wow would make a good NT .  Jets can get a excellent WR with there 4th or 10th pick in this draft.

so many of these linemen have insane talent but are just like giant fat lazy drunk bears.  there should be some kind of cookie avoiding wonderlick to test to see if these guy will balloon up.

holti ngata, vince wilfork, or this guy or a mike williams.  gotta roll the dice, would be nice to know if you are drafting a thicc champion or a sloppy guts grump on his way to a bust off career and an early heart attack.

haha.  this is a great idea.  Lock them in a room with a big mac and see how long they can go without eating it.

What’s the issue with Becton?  I know he had kind of an up and down rookie season and that he was injured last season.

Apparently the New Jersey team can’t make a jersey big enough to fit him.

Straight from the handbook of how NOT to build a franchise. I love it!

I also remember being on the wrong side of the equation. That was less enjoyable.

Brown hasn’t practiced this offseason and was terrible against the chiefs. He had some good games and I hope he can develop but he’s no guarantee.

We have to trust Kromer , just don't get him angry 🙂

Late to the party I am with this, but how do you watch this and not think of the Fat Bastard saying "Get in my belly!"? 🤔

Bease, he’s injured.  It doesn’t mean anything in June.

I have been concerned just cause he’s so raw. He needs all the reps he can get. If he’s good for TC I’ll be fine. I honestly think Quessenberry can give more consistent play than Brown did last season. Just that Quessenberry is a bit long in the tooth (despite little tread) and Brown has much more upside.

had they drafted wirfs they succeed and bucs don’t win a super bowl. Wild how that stuff works

I always had Wirfs graded as the best OT in that class. That he went 4th of the top 4 guys was always mad to me. Granted he has played exclusively at right tackle the "easier" side so far, but he is already a first team all pro and if you look at Tampa's line when he went down in the playoffs you definitely saw how valuable he is to them.
