Week 16: Bills at Patriots***(*), 4:30 pm on NFLN, Postgame

Recommended Posts

That last drive died when Daboll thought they could score with a QB run.  The line was bad all day.  No real challenges to the banged up NE defense. Played safe when you should have played like you had nothing to lose.

Disappointing.

i wasn’t a fan of the defensive game plan today.

Josh was definitely better than that 1st patriots game and did some encouraging things. But he still left some big throws on the field. He had Knox wide open twice for a TD and overthrew him badly both times. But he did some really good things too.

Ultimately, the Hills just aren’t ready to take the division from the patriots yet.

But the Bills are still ahead of schedule. Their window is just starting to open. The patriots is closing.

really bad tackling today. Kind of disppointed with the defense today.

Maybe we should pass on first down against the patriots, too many negative plays on first down today.

too much time oF D on the field. Daboll should be left in NE

That team is so depleted on offense and yet we let them out scheme us and we couldn't tackle.

Nevertheless, like the Ravens game, it came down to a 4th and goal and we just couldn't punch it in. Just thinking now it's up to the Chiefs to knock off the Pats in the divisional round and I still like their chances. Just too bad Brady and them get their freaking rest.

So sick of this shyt. Baltimore, New England X2. “Oh the bills are close”. BS. Close means nothing in this league. Most games are close. Coaching scared gets you beat every time. Daboll and his punk a** laid down when they got up in this game. 1st and Goal from the 13 and that’s the last 4 plays we get. Absolutely embarrassing.

Daboll was so NOT the problem today. Christ, people. He drew up two easy TDs that Josh missed at the beginning and the end vs the best D in football. That said, Allen played well overall in crunch time.

and ef you, Pats fans.

Loss is on the offensive line and lackluster defense.

Very frustrating game

Allen looked like crap early on but made some great throws to put up points. He also missed throws that could have extended drives and put up more points. He’s like a slugger that will hit 30 home runs but strike out a lot and bat .230

The defense could not get pressure at all and struggled stopping the run and defending the screen game.

I knew from the very first drive that I was going to hate our game plan on offense. I legit hate Daboll and his play calling. He must hate 1st downs because he’s so eager to waste them. So frustrating watching our offense try and execute.

I’m not angry at all. Defense played soft and vanilla. Not the aggressive unit we’ve seen. That’ll change in the playoffs.

Offense played much better once Josh settled down. Offensive line needs to be better protecting. 4 man rushes were giving us a problem. Bad game Cody showed up today.

C- to everybody. Didn’t look terribly good but scoreboard was close.

Offense was about as bad as usual. Can’t keep drives alive. Drive killing sacks. Getting behind the sticks early etc. Struggle to score 20 points.

Defense didn’t play to standard but well enough to keep us “in the game” whatever that means. Couldn’t get off the field today.

Coaches, team looked like the were expending a different game from NE.
