End The Drought
If you don’t already, give @zee_thoven a follow on Instagram. The guy has been putting up videos of his workouts. He is working his *** off. I know a lot of Buffalo media is not very high on him but the dude is obviously doing everything in his power to earn a spot. Toronto Bills Fan
I thought he played well down the stretch when given an opportunity. Might be tough for him to make the team with Beasley effectively taking the lead "shifty, gadget type" role in our offense. Wouldn't write him off just yet though. Nice to see Good to see....gonna be an uphill battle unless he can be more reliable with his hands though. If he makes this team it will be mostly for offense, where as last year it was both ST and Offense. Roberts has the job locked up at the moment, so he is going to have a tight battle unless Bills keep 6 or 7 WR's. It wouldn't shock me if they kept 6 or 7 given the TE injuries though and I actually think they will keep 6.

atlbillsfan1975
Being a UGA fan I would love to see him make the team. He has always had a problem holding onto the ball returning punts. He can take it the distance with his speed and elusiveness. I want him to stick but feel he has an uphill battle.
Rc2catch
He will be a difficult cut for sure. I liked his shiftiness. Honestly when he gets in a lot of practices with Mr Beasley his game could really skyrocket. I’m not sure he can make this team this year though. Going to be an insane battle for that #6 receiver spot depending on things. No need to open the debate of projecting the depth chart just I have the top 5 locked already which will make very difficult decisions on cuts at that position. McKenzie is a guy I can cheer for though with us or most teams who would sign him if we let him go

If it's me, then you must know I'm genetically pre-disposed to being with the Bills. If it's McKenzie, then I think that his hard work will pay off one way or the other, preferably for us. But sometimes that's not the case. And whatever his hard work can accomplish to help him put some positive plays on tape for other teams to see in the event we cut him is a good thing. Rocky Landing
Love McKenzie. Love his attitude, his energy. He had great burst. He was an instant upgrade when we brought him in last season. I really hope he makes the team because I am a fan. But, I suspect (and he probably does, too) that between Roberts and Beasley, his role might be diminished, and he is likely on the bubble. Some others on here have suggested that he is more suited to Daboll’s offense than some of the other bubble players he is competing with. We’ll see, I guess. But, I imagine that when it comes to the #4 and up, they are looking primarily at special teams ability, and growth potential, probably in that order.

He's a bit more like a patterson/austin type of weapon than a precise route runner - id rather have that than dimarco, or even yeldon tbh. The cross motion plays with a guy like him really does open up running lanes for other players like allen and the backs as well.
TigerJ
the fact that Brandon Beane added talent in several areas of the team has lit a fire under the guys who were here before. I think that the Bills are going to cut a few receivers who have a good shot at hooking up with another team. I don't know if McKenzie makes the team or not, but I'm guessing if he's cut, he does not stay unemployed. I'm pretty sure that John Brown, Cole Beasley, Zay Jones, and Robert Foster make the team (unlike sports hack, Cien Fahey). Andre Roberts has the inside track for return specialist/WR, though I don't think he's an absolute lock. The battle for that 6th spot is going to be brutal. Do the Bills want the physicality of Duke Williams, the college touchdown proclivity of David Sills V, the veteran presence of Isaiah McKenzie, or Victor Bolden (who's been impressive this spring), another slot specialist in Nick Easley, a gadget WR like Ray Ray McCloud, a route running, hands of glue slowpoke like Cam Phillips, or Da'Mari Scott. an all around average player - average speed. average size, average everything else. I think Duke Williams is pretty compelling given he's so different from anyone else Buffalo has, but I don't know that Sean McDermott thinks so.

ProcessTruster
tough decision . they have slot receiver and returner covered already. An injury or two may change the situation. A late cut from another team could also change the status quo. At this point, we'll just have to watch it play out. Albany,n.y.
Unless Brown, Foster or Roberts goes down with a pretty long term injury, he has virtually no chance of making the team. There's probably a place for him somewhere in the NFL, but not in Buffalo. Otherwise Beane wouldn't have signed 3 free agent WRs, 2 of them directly replacing what McKenzie did last year-speed receiver & return man. Ray-Ray is probably in the same boat, but of the 2 he's less likely to be claimed on waivers & can be put on the practice squad.
