Excluding JA, predict which player will have the biggest impact - Packers at Bills

Our defense should do very well against A-Rod and his young, inexperienced WRs.

While I do see Josh and his WR’s having a good game it could be a little bit of a stiffer challenge with the Packers pass defense.

So, my mind turns to our run game versus the Packers #27 run defense. I’m going to go with Devin Singletary. With his limited touches throughout the season, he’s played pretty well. Against the Chiefs with more touches, he played really well.

I think we’ll see some quick scores but also some clock burning drives where we trust #26 to get it done in the run game as well as our short passing game. Look for DS to have 120 total yards with a score or two.

Who ya got, Bills Mafia?

Motor

I just looked up and realized OP said the same.  For me, Motor giving our offense balance will slow down a decent Packers defense, and open things up for Josh.  With the Packers lack of receivers, I don't expect us shoot-out.

If there are some quick Bills scores, I totally agree with you.

Devin starts off and if they can start to run on GB, I see James Cook getting a good number of snaps too.

It's a long season for a rookie RB and it's obvious they are bringing him around slowly.  He will be getting a lot of snaps soon.

I'm a believer that the Bills O have a scheduled plan on how to unfold the season.

It was pass, pass, pass at first to get the team worked out on its bread and butter and get thru those tough early games.

Now it's time to start bringing around the running/TE play.

On the D it's going to be a lot of pressure on the LBs so I'm going with Milano/Edmunds again!

I'm VERY tempted to go with James Cook here. Feels like the week off was a nice chance for Dorsey to scheme up a few things for him.  However I will go in another direction and go with Rodger Saffold. It's been mentioned a few times that he's spent the first part of the year playing through some injuries. I don't think we have seen him remotely near his best yet. I'm thinking the bye week gave him a nice chance to rest up and he's ready to go.

On defense...to me this just feels like the type of game that Jordan Phillips is amped for. National TV, in Buffalo against A-a-ron? Yeah...big man is gonna EAT Sunday night.

Bills OL vs Packers Front 7. If the Bills can protect Josh Allen then the Bills will win this game going away but if they dont and and Josh faces pressure from more than 1 player we could be in for close ugly game. Key will be being able to run the just well enough to keep the Packers D guessing

I'm going with Khalil, as well.

haha you know a rookie has made it into the Bills lexicon when we all know who it is with only a first name. I too am super excited to see him develop and prosper in Buffalo.

My nickname for he is Khalil "Shakir Moneymaker"...maybe that could be his TD celebration move 🙂

lol

Singletary and the entire defense. This game features 2 very good defenses and Singletary's success will set up enough game changing plays to tilt the final score in our favor. GB will play with determination, but the Bills will show that they are made of sterner stuff. This Bills team has heart.
