Pete
Im 53 years old and I have been waiting for this Bills team my whole life. I wasn't alive for the 64 Bills. But other great days to be a Bills fan were 51-3 AFC Championship, when we chanted for Scott Norwood at the Bills rally after our loss, Smashing the Patriots in the playoffs last season, those are the first 3 days that come to mind as being best days to be a Bills fan. But after that statement game, today IMO is the greatest day ever to be a Bills fan. LETS GO BUFFALO!!! 8 1 2 3

SNICE
I’m 53 and even going to games since I was 10. Today is a great day and fortunately more to come this year. These McBeane/JA years have been along time coming. We’ve waiting a long time; just enjoying the ride. 5 1

Big Turk
No...they won the AFL championship back to back years, the first SB appearance was magical when they destroyed the Raiders 51-3 in the AFCG... It was a good day but it wasn't even as good as when they demolished the Pats in the playoffs with the only perfect offensive game in NFL history... Plus when they win the SB in a few months that will trump all else anyway... Edited September 9, 2022 by Big Turk

NewEra
I think that yesterdays game showed us that our defensive line is a monster. This will be a dominant defense if healthy. This D + Tre might be championship caliber. offensively, we just started from where left off last year. Championship caliber. two championship caliber units working in unison to achieve one common goal I couldn’t be much happier after a regular season win 1

In just the last hour, I've seen a Barstool Sports article titled "Josh Allen was apparently laughing like a maniac every time he got hit last night" and seen Josh Allen referred to as "if a golden retriever were a quarterback", so....pretty good day on the interwebs. BillsPride12
When the Bills thumped the Raiders 51-3 to go to their first Super Bowl Van Miller called it the greatest moment in Buffalo sports history. I think that still stands until we actually win the Super Bowl...which could very well end up being this year.

And as fun as last night was, last year's drubbing of the Pats was better and I'd argue the 2011 win over the Pats was a more satisfying moment as well. Last night was more on par with the 31-0 destruction of the Pats in 2003. Great start to the season, but it means nothing if we don't keep up this level of play over the course of the season. 2

Albany,n.y.
Until I'm in the stands at the Super Bowl & they're handing the Lombardi Trophy to the Bills management, they aren't topping the days when the Bills went to 4 straight Super Bowls for me. I was at all 4 of them & at the time each day was the greatest day ever to be a Bills fan to me. Especially when we were leading at halftime in Super bowl XXLIII and I thought I was finally going to see them win one. As far as opening days go, the greatest opening day was in 1980 when the Bills beat the Dolphins & the goalposts came down-ON OPENING DAY! It's the only time I've ever been on the field, although I went nowhere near the goalposts as they were being torn down.
CLTbills
There have been a handful of these moments during the Bills' ascension. The Dallas Thanksgiving game that really put Josh Allen on the map. The Pittsburgh SNF game to clinch playoffs. Baltimore playoff win to send us to the AFC Championship game. The Patriots drubbing in last year's playoffs. Now this. Hard to say this one is the "greatest" but it'll certainly be on the list of moments that got us to that Lombardi trophy come February! billsfan1959
I have been a fan for many, many years and there have been some really good moments. While I feel really good after last night's win, it doesn't really compare at all to each of the AFC Championship wins, particularly the 51-3 dismantling of the Raiders that left me with a feeling of certainty that the Bills would go on to win the Super Bowl. It was a good win last night and I am fine with whatever level of excitement people are feeling. It is a good damn team. Enjoy it.

GreggTX
We won back to back championships including a road shutout win against a Chargers offense with 3 future HOF'ers at QB, RB and WR. Still, this is close. I love that this team has a better D than the 90's SB Bills too.
chongli
In my 43 seasons of watching the Bills, this has to be near the top. Rigotz
Personally, I loved beating the Patriots twice last season and not punting either game. This one is fun though because it was the only game on TV, it was the first of the season, and nobody has anything else to talk about for 48 hours.

Charles Romes
What now has over 1990 is that there are an infinite amount of sports talk media outlets to relive the victory with, stretching out the opportunities to bask in the glory. In ‘90 you just had ESPN Primetime, the low budget CNN sports hour, and the USA Today which was always sold out. I still have 12 videos to go from my “Bills Rams” YouTube search and they keep posting new ones faster than I can watch.
