Charles Romes
Gronk coming home for his final season makes sense, but it will take targets away from Dawson Knox. Edited January 30, 2022 by Charles Romes

Knox is a different kind of tight end than Gronk. I see Gronk making Beasley expendable. Gronk is a cross between what beasley gives you and what Doyle gave them at end of year plus he’d be our best red zone target with Gabe Davis. 2 1 1
Hebert19
Jim Graham like scenario yes. Comes on when we get inside the 20. Him and Knox would he tough to stop and he's still a hell of a blocker

devldog131
If he's willing to give a hometown discount and take backup TE money to chase a ring with his childhood team, I'd let him be a backup TE. When he's healthy it would make for a hell of a two TE set. Edited January 29, 2022 by devldog131

PatsFanNH
Silly question, I don’t think Gronk plays again since Brady retired. Gronk IMO is retired as well again.
LABILLBACKER
Asking Gronk to play for a year would be like asking Jarvis Landry. Probably not realistic and besides frat boy will probably re-retire and do his commercials.

Without that play I could see them being 2 personalities that mesh well. Who knows though. Im sure its a convo Beane and White have before trigger were to get pulled. I cant see Tre saying no honestly 2

JoeF
He is an excellent blocker in both protection and the run game. At this point he would be a #2 to Dawson. I would do one year in a heartbeat. Put as many options around Josh as you can. Tre wants to win as badly as anyone. He would embrace him. One of the dirtiest plays I’ve ever seen taking his arm (in a hard brace) to the back of Tre’s neck. Eff him. Miyagi-Do Karate
I would sign him, just to give our defensive players free target practice. I seriously can’t believe anyone would consider signing Gronk. I wouldn’t even take him in his prime, for what he did to Tre. 3 1
Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD
We need a solid overall second tight end regardless of how good Knox has become. Releasing Hollister was questionable, Sweeney did not show promise blocking or catching, Doyle as a jumbo tight end helped our blocking, but he's not much of a threat as a route-runner so it tips our hand. I would love for Gronk to finish his career as a Bill, but I think we need to build through the draft considering our cap situation.

BADOLBILZ
Yes. Protocal69
After what Gronk did to Tre I would never support him playing for the Bills. Gronk just said recently that he doesn't even regret doing it because he wanted to sit out a game or 2

But he put up 800+ yards on about the same amount of grabs that Dawson Knox put up less than 600 last year.............he's not washed up by any means.
