1. Rookie contract amounts are pretty much set by agreement with the NFL and NFLPA, so the Bills management paid him what was allowed, for the most part.

2. Ralph died years ago.

3. A Jeep is a practical vehicle, good for a rookie's salary. He doesn't want to blow it all.

---

EDIT: as others have pointed out, this was a joke. I apologize for my post!! Mea culpa.

Did you have a bad experience? I haven't heard anyone complain about Jeeps before.

Really?  They are pretty notorious for having issues of many things....google is your friend.

I don't really have an interest in googling the reliability of Jeeps. I'll just take your expert word for it.

The new models, like 2020-2021? Or you mean the little bit older models?

Worked for Chrysler for 40 years as a transmission tech the newer ones are garbage the transmissions on the new grands will lock in gear with any codes and will have to be towed even if the battery goes dead. Engines are not what they use to be older Jeeps are fine seen enough of the new stuff to know one of the reasons I retired from the business.

I haven't owned anything other than Toyota or Honda in 25 years and doubt I ever will. Those cars last forever.

Same here. I did own a modified SRT8 Challenger years back but muscle cars are a different animal entirely. You don't go into that world with reliability in mind. I now own a Tacoma TRD Sport and love that freaking truck. 6 years now and still rock steady reliable.

We're a Nissan family. Very good success with them.

I had mediocre luck with my 2011 Jeep Patriot.

I enjoyed the experience, and general "feel" of the vehicle - but whoever designed the electrical and computer systems needs to be 're-educated'.

Seriously - who routes critical electrical junctions UNDER the driver's side mat, and then "waterproofs" them with a wax that can be dissolved by a common cleaning agents - such as the ones you would use on said mat if you had, I dunno - gotten mud in it doing Jeep things?

Said short cost me several hundred dollars in repairs and much confusion at the jeep dealer - because they spent a WEEK trying to figure out what kept causing the sensors to fritz and cause code errors.

When the front crossbeam rusted through at the 9 year mark - failing inspection unless I spent $3k replacing it? I traded it in and purchased a Forester.

So far so good.
