LB48
Brian Moorman who held the position for 12 years? Chris Mohr during the Glory years? My favorite is Colton Schmidt who was with the team during 2014-2017. They were NOT Glory years. During his 4 years he averaged 44.0 yards per punt with zero blocked. He had a tough attitude for a punter.
ComradeKayAdams
My Lord...and here I was worried that my Bills dynasty thread would be a real snoozer...can't wait for the bye weekend to be over... I'm voting for Corey Bojorquez solely because of that 12-yard punt. AMAZING. 1

Nick the Greek
Moorman for sure. Had a great show on local TV for a few years, went to a pro bowl. You could even argue he was our best player on some of the bad teams during the drought. 8

Augie
Goodness, quite the reach.....yet here I am. 🤷♂️ Moorman is the obvious answer. I’ll go with Paul Maguire. I believe he had a punt go up, get caught in the wind in the Rockpile and blow back for negative yardage. Things you’ll never forget. He was the punter in my formative years. My dad took me not only to the games, but I remember a trip to Sestak & Maguire’s back in the day for lunch. It’s partly the football, but often more the family times you remember. It’s a bond that goes deep. EDIT: Just looked it up and he died of a heart attack at the age of 51. That is WAY too early. Great Bill, liked him in the booth. Sad loss of a member of the Bills family. Latest Edit: It was Sestak who left us way too soon. Apparently Paul is still with us, I’m happy to hear. BigDingus
Gotta be Moorman. I mean he was one of the only legit top tier player the Bills had for years during the drought. It was fun watching him & our ST pin people deep or completely reverse field position after our pitiful offenses did absolutely nothing.

Paul Maguire was before my time, but I do loves me my Buffalo sports history, and I love the character and legacy of the AFL and the Bills’ place in it. And Maguire certainly was one of those characters. His TV show was great, and he seemed very humble and happy to share some humorous tales that you just don’t get from today’s league; beer swillin’ chicken wing eating contests, for example. John Kidd gets an honorable mention because I’m an 80’s junkie, and Rick Tuten gets “best name” award.
