We beat the Redskins to go 6-2 at the same point last season, and it doesn’t feel like this team is improved from that one. You hope for continued improvement for one season to the next, but we still look like a first round playoff out. Is Allen really any better ? Is our defense better ? They are far worse. billsfan89 Posted November 1, 2020 Share Posted November 1, 2020 I thought the defense would hold them to a FG but that turnover was huge, so many times the Bills don't get that big clutch play when they need it. Today they got the clutch play and came out with the W. It was far too close. The offense couldn't get that 2 or 3 posession lead in the first half and the defense couldn't shut the door in the second half. The defence still needs a lot of work, some CBs and LBs way too soft on tackling/sticking to their man. They had to win that game and they lost. We’ve got a really tough schedule the rest of the way so I’ll take any win however we can’t get it. Especially with the Dolphins on our heels.
