"Fairness" is pretty much going to be out the window this year and teams will just have to live with it. All that matters to the NFL and its TV partners is that all the games get played. This won't be the last time the "fairness" of NFL decisions on games gets called into question but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter because "fairness" is not the NFL's concern this year. We can beat the titans without them, especially considering they will be without at least 2 of their top 3 WRs. Actually is slightly less as playing Sunday at 1:00 where as Tuesday would be night game. I can't see the Bills playing this week at all. If they did play this week, I wonder if they are also considering moving Chiefs to Monday night and go with another double header game. He went down to the wire on opting out and has a young family, I'm sure that weighs on him.
