Ethan in Cleveland
As another documentary is released documenting the horrors Nicole Brown Simpson suffered at the hands of OJ, I want to ask where people stand on removing OJ from the the Wall of Fame. oldmanfan
I have always been of the opinion that he should remain on the Wall because he’s there based on his football career. But I think I’ve changed my mind. I can’t support having a murderous degenerate on the Wall.

ExiledInIllinois
I am in like Flynn! Yes. OJ needs to be up there. His Bills greatness was 20 years earlier. Cancel Culture and people who get triggered suck.

smuvtalker
I say leave him up there. He's not on the wall for what he did off the field. If players were put on team walls of fame and the hall of fame based on what they did outside of football as well, I think it's fair to say a lot more players besides OJ would be taken down.
machine gun kelly
Guys are on a wall or ring of honor because of what they did on the field, not off. We have lots of examples of guys wearing yellow jackets, unfortunately some in prison for what they did off the field. I said this a long time ago, but OJ had more on field yard per game than anyone in NFL history. He did that 2003 yards in a 14 game season, and I had help from a couple of others Showing no one has ever done that in 14 games. Not Dickerson, Peterson or the other 4 who eclipsed 2000 yards. Its not right to take his Jacket or his Wall away from him. Anyone wants to disparage him for his horrible behavior off the field, you get no argument from me, but we’ve had domestic abusers, rapists, and on and on who have a gold jacket. Those behaviors are despicable, but it doesn’t change what they did on the field. He was a man amongst boys, and on another team would have been a SB hero. Its just one man’s opinion, but for what he did in red, white and royal blue, nothing should be taken from him. What he did off the field should be vilified.

He is # 2 in all time Bills talent second only to Bruce Smith. But the Wall of Fame is not a record book. It is about recognition. He earned a right to be on the wall and his actions after playing merit removal. No need to glorify the person while still respecting the athletic accomplishments. That is how I see it.
JaBu
I would say leave well enough alone in this stadium, especially during this season - who wants that distraction. But, if a new stadium is built he should be left off of it.
Dr.Sack
I voted yes as OJ is not worthy of the Wall of Fame. If there was a Wall of Shame put him there. No there is no doubt his name stays in the record books, but a wall dedicated to players who lived honorable lives on and off the field matters most. Your legacy doesn’t end the moment you retire or are traded away. I would apply the same standard to Jim Kelly or Thurman Thomas. It doesn’t matter who. 1

dollars 2 donuts
I hate to be that guy...but he wasn’t convicted. sure, if you think he is guilty. I even think he is guilty...but... that said, the beating of his first and second wife...yeah, it could come down. I don’t care that it is not football related. I’ve always thought that was a weak argument. Edited September 30, 2020 by dollars 2 donuts

Gugny
He brutally murdered two people - one, the mother of his children - and has shown no remorse. There are a lot of things bigger than football. Human life is one of them. Let Canton celebrate and honor his on-field accomplishments. Take this monster's name off the wall.
Greg S
As a person he is a POS but you can't deny his accomplishments on the field. He is considered one of the greatest RB's in the history of the game. He also has the record for most yards rushing in a single season. Sorry Eric but 2,003 yards in 14 games >>>>> 2,105 yards in 16 games.

TBBills
Guess it has been a few months since someone talked about OJ's WoF... Thanks for the reminder, will be looking for another one around Jan 2021. This reminds me when states try to legalize weed b/c basically its the older population that votes No. So they keep voting and as the older generation dies off the vote gets closer till it tips toward the younger generations thinking.
