Jumpsuit Jim
I remember watching him Fall 2001 and thinking that he was going to be on the Bills in 2002 because Bledsoe was New England, and Brady was a late round backup who was doing okay enough. I was a little backwards on that take.

Arians wouldn't have stood for any of this BS, which is why he "retired." Tommy couldn't stand STILL having to listen to someone and follow the program. IMO, Brady wanted "comfort" this year and to do it 100% his way. Arians is a tough SOB and a very underrated HC/OC by most fans as well. He'll get in ANYONE'S face, including the great Tom Brady. Bowles was probably told "you're the HC but Brady calls the shots" which doesn't work. You can get away with being a piece of Schitts Creek to people if you are the best at what you do. Brady is becoming more insufferable at about the same rate that his body is declining; a deadly combination for any organization/career. 1

Charles Romes
Given the circumstances you can guarantee he’s coming back at age 46. He does not want to go out like this. And there is the fallback excuse of personal issues ruining this year. Someone will give him a shot next year no matter how bad this becomes. His arm does not look completely shot like Big Bens or Matt Ryan’s imo, another reason he’s back at 46.

The Buccaneers could very well win their division and then go much farther than that. And Brady could play until he is 50 now, probably for a new team. Let's just hope it isn't for Miami or the New York Jets. He may be a different breed, but that's normally not quite how it works for most of the divorced parents I've known. There's usually a pretty toxic brew of various emotions as they try to navigate co-parenting with someone who lacks motivation to defer to them, while trying to resolve their own feelings. That doesn't all disappear like *snap!* when the divorce decree is issued.

Not only did he win the majority of his SB's after age 37 (which in and of itself is insane) but his stats while he was in his "prime" were pretty pedestrian. After 37? Pretty awesome. If he's clean, it's the biggest anomaly in sport history.

His PR did not know how to handle, so Peyton totally fumbled it and blamed it on his wife or something. Then, radio silence. The press shut down the story never to be raised again. It's already started but within 5-10years were all going to be laughing at the stigma around HGH. Remember as a kid you could fall down the stairs after playing all day, wake up the next day feeling great? Where now you can sneeze and your back hurts for 2 weeks. Thats an age thing. Growth helps your body repair muscle and tendon damage, improves sleep quality (that teen you have to fistfight out of bed), skin, hair, nails. Growth isn't "giving" anyone something they never had the way testosterone and other steroids can. Help these guys bounce back from injury, fatigue, soreness, keeping tissue and tendons elastic. Things that improve the quality of life for middle aged men and professional athletes. Its considered fairly safe (especially for these guys that can afford blood testing, cancer screen, etc). If a lil pin prick in the gut can improve quality of life in people especially from 40s-60s, it seems silly for people to suffer needlessly and GH is hugeeeeeeee in keeping the quality of this sport up, on every team across the league, whether anyone wants to admit it or not Edited October 28, 2022 by BillsShredder83
