Coach Tuesday
Good stewardship on his part. Congrats to Bowles. Also: the Tampa Bay offseason is confusing to me. Like a soap opera from a foreign country. Edited March 31, 2022 by Coach Tuesday 3

Punching Bag
8 minutes ago, aristocrat said: Brady and him didn’t get along Maybe Airians said that he did not want Antonio Brown on team and Br*dy retired in protest. Front office realized he was not bluffing and convinced Airians to work in front office. DC was given offer: if you agree to let Br*dy's posse be part of team you have the job and you do not need to compete for it like qualified candidates do on other teams do. Conversation from inside source: Todd: Can you photoshop me into photo of team coaches taken at NFL Meeting? Front office: Sure. Todd: This day was circled when I saw Airians was not in photo. Well, he was with the Jests, and who knows if he can really coach or not! We will see. Marv Levy did great in his second try at an NFL HC job.

stuvian
I was never impressed with Arians but was always impressed with Bowles. Arians had vet QBs all through his HC career so he is no better than say Jon Gruden or Barry Switzer. This feels like a league engineered diversity hire but sometimes good things happen to good people for less than noble reasons

Logic
I’d bet anything that Brady only agreed to come back when he was given assurances Arians would not be returning as head coach. 2

Florida Bills Fanatic
Contrary to the belief of some, Bowles is a very good coach. The JESTS were/are a dumpster fire of a front office and did little to provide a competitive roster for Bowles and his staff. He was fired but the problem in New York was not related to coaching. Bowles transformed the TB defense to be one of the best units in the league (even with a bunch of injuries in 2021). Players like him and they will play hard for him. Tampa should easily win their division this year.
MJS
Has to be health related, right? Arians looked like he could barely handle it last year. His health is not good at all. 1

As long as the QB is who it is, of course, I hope they fail spectacularly.
Big Blitz
Hot take. Arians knows they're trading Brady and wants nothing to do with coaching Jimmy G or Tua. Should be done by the draft.
