They knew there was going to be problems. Why give him a new 4 year contract and rework it only to move him a year into said contract. As well as add in dead cap. Someone with a suit of teflon. And naturally, it has nothing to do with him despite the fact that in the playoffs the past three seasons we've averaged 31 PPG, more than just about every other team, and have scored 31+ in four of those six.
