Kelce shove

Recommended Posts

I go back and forth on T Kelce as I sometimes like the new heights podcast but that shove of Reid was awful. Between him and Kermit really showing his true colors with the Allen cry baby fit during the handshake the year, I really think I hate the chiefs more than just the fact that they are good and win all the time.

Biggest game of the season whilst the spotlight is the brightest it’s ever been on him in part to his girlfriend… Emotions got the better of him as he was wide open the play before, gets pulled and they turn the ball over. Don’t agree with it but understand his frustration. Sometimes we act or lash out in ways we probably wouldn’t with a second chance.

Are you sure he's not a problem that wants to be traded, maybe to his brothers team in Dalla- I mean Philadelphia.

He yelled at his coach. So what.

He's one of ten best there ever was to play the position.

He's allowed

You ever nearly knock a 350 Lb. man over by yelling at him?

Eh.  It's a pretty bad look and sets a terrible example.  HE is one of the best ever at the position, but he just gave the green light for kids and young guys who AREN'T the top at their position to throw tantrums against their coaches in public view.  We dont need a player swinging on a coach because he was taken out for a play.  We dont need a player knocking a coach down because they dont have the center of gravity that Reid does....

I think Kelce is getting beyond his prime years, and is getting caught up on the celebrity status a bit.  Good for him, in the sense that he has accomplished a lot in his life.  However, this is not the first time that he has thrown this type of physical tantrum on Reid, who only puts up with it because Kelce is critical to success.  Also, Kelce has a TE coach he can go to about his complaints.  He is jumping the ladder and going to the head coach in the Super Bowl to complain.  Again, I think it's a bad example.

Nope.  Not as a professional with cameras on you.  You cannot just shove your hall of fame coach.  It’s completely classless and shockingly unprofessional.  Actually it’s wrong on any level of sporting event to shove your coach.
Cmon man

An ill-advised moment for him that is utterly meaningless - unless Andy Reid thinks otherwise.

He certainly deserves a VERY hefty fine to prevent this from becoming a trend. I hope that I am wrong but I have a strong hunch that this horse already left the barn with that shove.

He has one of the top podcasts in the world, he won his 3rd Superbowl, he's going into the hall of fame, he made more money doing a Pfizer commercial than he made with the Chiefs this season, and his future wifey is a billionaire. He can basically do whatever he wants for the rest of his life. I doubt he cares what fans of other teams think of him

I don't doubt you but if the bolded is true, it is a sad reflection upon society. People are dying of cancer by the minute. The money should be spent on research, not funneled out to a steroid crazed douchebag to hawk a product with very mixed results.

And before anybody goes there, I am not anti-vax. I had 3 shots (and of course had covid twice).

I totally disagree with this opinion. Him being as good as he is, to me, means he has an obligation to behave properly. Instead he acts like a petulant child.

After football and when swift dumps him he is going to have a challenging life if he doesn’t change his attitude.

Imagine if Diggs did this to McDermott......

Belichick would have benched him immediately, and won or lost the super bowl from there come whatever may.

Reid really gives his player's a long leash though.

It’s also why they have 3 rings and our Lame ass coach and team attitude has them eating onion rings on Superbowl Sunday instead of playing for one

And how’d that work out for him?

If they would have lost the game this would have been a huge deal and a major talking point on all the talk shows tomorrow but since they won this will be forgotten about pretty quickly.

Narratives.

They swing by a loose thread.

He made $20 mil being a spokesperson for Pfizer. He made $12 mil as Superbowl winning TE of the KC Chiefs. I'm not allowed to saying anything beyond that or I'll get kicked off the forum for political talk

Diggs takes himself out of games.

You have the audio of Kelce’s outburst?
