Like most on Twitter, he just throws things against the wall that make sense in hopes that one will stick and it "legitimizes" him. He's gotten lucky a couple times but 9.5 times out of 10, he's way off base. He posts stuff like this all the time that goes nowhere. Rule of thumb - if it isn't an official employed reporter, it's bullsh-t. Hell, sometimes even they report BS. But randos on Twitter don't have sources. They just want you to believe they do and prey on people desperate to hear what they want to hear for followers. A 2nd (even if he agreed to a long term deal, which we wouldn't do) is an insane price for half of a season. They sound about as knowledgeable about the Bills as Janet Snyder and Nicholas Picholas. Those two dopes are basically bloated morning, drive time, yuck-yuck guys, but instead of talking about Taylor Swift, they talk about Josh Allen. That said, it would be smart to talk to the Titans about any player you may have interest in. They are sellers for sure. Hopkins has shown he still has something left in the tank and you can make the money work with them eating most of his contract. He would be an immediate upgrade to Davis.
