Sabres game postponed as well.

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The Sabres' game Friday vs. tampa Bay has been rescheduled in advance of the impending blizzard. It is now set for March 4th at 12:30pm.

Damn, @SUNY_amherst, if only those pesky sabres would build a dome they wouldn't have had to reschedule!

Hopefully we don't have any Bills fans replicating this one in Chicago...

Different view showing what happened leading up to it and apparently it's a Bears-Packers game not Eagles...

So when I see things like this, I have to ask: Where is the security, and why both of them are not immediately escorted out of the stadium, if not charges?

This is the type of thing that makes it so unenjoyable for the normal decent person. This type of stuff does nothing to enhance my $200+ experience.

If the NFL weren't rating whores they would have moved this game to Monday night by now.  Player safety, fan safety.....an afterthought

There's also just a complete lack of respect for what a disaster snow conditions can be.  I'm growing frustrated about these stories about holiday travel that don't explicitly say "Just don't go anywhere or you may die."

It's crazy to me that they think they're going to play this game on schedule.

wonder why they didn't postpone/move the ice bowl back in the day. oh wait, that was back when weather didn't stop players from going out there and playing in the elements.

Is it better as time marches on to have more respect or less respect for hazardous travel conditions?  Speaking as someone with a loved one who's died from it, your assertion that people used to be tougher and better means less than nothing to me.

Much less about game itself!

Thu pm flying a plane into O’hare in 40 mph windy snow.  Then Fri BUF 60 mph gusts. Have to leave before both Thu Chi and Fri Buf.

They should come in tomorrow morning before Noon...

Windchill is overrated.

sorry for your loss. I realize the safety concerns and respect them. I was relating to the field of play. maybe they should change the season. say, from april-sept and avoid winter altogether? then there would be much less concern for safety and games would not have to be moved/postponed. also, maybe, eventually all games will be played in domes although a dome would not of helped buffalo this past nov anymore then if one were in chitown.

That's with Josh, without him they have 3, Green Bay (104), Cleveland (164), and New England (112).

Yes, and same with every other NFL team -their QB rushing yards count as rushing yards too

The Bills are still the only team in the NFL to rush for 100 yards every game

First, thank you.

Second, no.  I think it's perfectly fine to have a winter sport where winter weather plays a big part.  It's a great thing.  But when you start hearing things like a pressure system similar to a category 3 hurricane?  I think we need to be better about just shutting things down and doing them on a less dangerous day.

Right. They moved the game to a dome because of the snow but we're supposed to believe a dome would make no difference

THE SABRES NEED TO BUILD A DOME!!!

so build a f*ckin dome if you can't play in the snow. Us taxpayers are on the hook for how much and they are gonna move the games to Detroit, when it snows, in Buffalo, now and when that monstrosity is built

FOR THOSE IN THE BACK… THE SABRES NEED TO BUILD A DOME!!!

The Bills never play a normal game

Looking at the forecast, I'm actually a bit concerned they'd be better off leaving Thurs afternoon, not evening...could be kinda Gnarly in Chicago airspace already by Thursday night.  Not as gnarly as it's supposed to be in Buffalo on Friday though, so there's that.

They really don’t. At least not in the last two seasons it feels like. It’s been wild. All the more impressive when you look at Josh’s stats through that lens. Most of the time I see Mahomes playing, it’s a beautiful sunny day.

I want to know why on earth the Packer fan is just standing there letting the dude do whatever to him and not getting his hands off him. There is no way in the world I am letting some dude put his hands on me like that and just standing there while he throws me down some stairs.

You probably think that you're exaggerating, but the Chiefs have played in perfect weather all year. They have an open air stadium and they haven't even had to play in rain all year. It has never been even windy for them all year.  It's going to be cold but clear with little wind for them on Sunday at home while the Bills play in a hurricane in Chicago just a bit to the east of them. Some a**hat in KC clearly sold their soul for this.

Latest update on weather: It’s looking like 25 MPH winds, with gusts of 40 MPH. We are going to have to run the ball.

I hope people’s bias dome vs wind/precip stays clear. Does anyone honestly think Hill would want sh#t stats, career here.

My god, wind game, freeze game, snow game, move game….. this Chicago game is bitter icing on the crap buf weather cake.

it could end up being totally unwatchable. sailing passes, 20-yard punts, missed FGs, etc.
