You don't want Mahomes starting at the 50 in January when it should be the 25 or less. They Drafted Araiza for a reason. I do agree that they will sign someone who gets released in a few days. For never having punted until yesterday, he did way better than others I've seen do emergency punts after someone was injured. Well the argument for Araiza being a perfect fit for us was that it's not too often we would have been punting from midfield because of how good our offense is. We would be going for it on 4th and manageable quite a bit.
