But Beane just handed him a roster that he HAS to win a Super Bowl with at some point. He a tractor trailer driver trying to drive an F1 race car. This year is huge.  Make or break. And they have to be clear coaching blunders. How long did it take Andy Reid's seat to get warm in Philly?
