Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 28, 2021 Share Posted December 28, 2021 (edited) I am sort of shocked, but I would bet on the Browns to make the playoffs. 1) They have to beat the Steelers and bengals (they smoked the bengals earlier this year). 2) The Bengals lose to the chiefs. Likely. 3) The Ravens lose to the Rams. Likely. Browns and Pats are two old school teams trying to use their running game to keep up in their divisions with two of the best young QBs in the league. I'm betting on the QBs. Burrow is good, he had the 4th most passing yards ever in a game, he became the first QB in NFL history to go over 400 vs the same opponent 2x in a season, but the Bengals are hot and cold , last time they beat Baltimore they lost 2 straight. The just beat a Ravens team that had a used car salesmen at QB. That said, Baker Mayfield is nothing special at QB. Mayfield has a top notch O-Line protecting him, and two of the best RB's in the league, and he's still looking like an eventual journeyman at QB, who will end up as someone's back up QB. I hope the Bills' euphoria over the Pats win doesn't prevent them from preparing properly for Atlanta. They don't play the Falcons often but they usually struggle when they do.
