LB48
His size could make him an asset. He ran a slow 4.61 at the combine. NFL people thought the Bills stashed him on IR with a rather unknown shoulder injury. He never missed a practice before the cut-downs.

HOUSE
Simply put, Hodgins has been one of the best wide receivers in college football this season and is undoubtedly flying up 2020 NFL Draft boards. If he can keeps this up, he could quickly enter the first-round conversation. https://nflmocks.com/2019/10/02/2020-nfl-draft-isaiah-hodgins-skyrocket/#:~:text=Oregon State wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins is a,jump into the conversation if things break well. machine gun kelly
LB, you mean like that no name Larry Fitzgerald who ran a 4.63 in his 40 time. The guy that’s in the HOF 5 years after he retires, and one of my all time WR’s. Then there is Anquan Boldin who ran a 4.71. Another fantastic long time WR. 40 time isn’t everything. Happy he’s getting some practice or maybe spot time before the end of the season. I remember before the season how Brown, Diggs, etc talked how well prepared Davis and Hodgins were before the season. It would be great to see both of them get some time.

JerseyBills
Nice!!! Idk if he cracks the active roster this year but at least the staff can get a good look at him. Very intriguing prospect. From what I remember around draft time and early training camp, I don't know that he would be considered a slot receiver per se. More of a possession receiver. He won't be burning guys down field, but he'll catch everything thrown to him in the 5-20 yard range (which a lot of that could be over the middle). He has great hands. Will also be a red zone target with his size and hands. Good on contested balls as well, knows how to high point the ball. 1

That was supposed to be funny but it does not need to. We had a WR George Wilson ( on MNF, he intercepted Tony Romo and returned it for a TD in his first NFL start) who could not break into WR lineup so he practiced with defense and became a strong safety with good hands. Patrick Duffy
I remember hearing he had a pretty good camp along with Davis. Think it was John Brown that said those 2 rookies were tearing it up? Something along those lines. Success
I remember being really excited about him on draft day - I thought he was kind of a nice late round find (but I always think that about late rounders). I thought he was just cut or something. Here's hoping he can contribute...

I went to the NFL's combine data site since I didn't remember such a slow 40 from him, and he wasn't listed at all as having a 40 time. That led to finding the above. TigerJ
I'll be a little surprised if he makes a game day roster. Between Diggs, Brown, Beasley, Davis, Roberts and McKenzie, who are you going to drop, if they are all healthy. Certainly nobody from the first four. Roberts has been too valuable as a return specialist, I would think. That leaves McKenzie. McKenzie is never going to be a starter in the league, but he has carved out a nice role for himself with the ability to get deep on occasion when defenses are focusing on other receivers, and more importantly giving Buffalo an outside run threat on gadget plays. Hodgins gives you something completely different, a big guy with a big catch radius with an unusual ability (for a big man) to create separation with a double move, and supposedly great hands. What does Daboll want in his offense?
