I believe somebody posted this back before the week 16 game.  Clearly the Bills team was fired up for that week 16 game and came out right away showing their physical dominance from that 1st series where Ed Oliver beat his man and got a sack.. and then Motor carrying Hightower on his back for a first down.  

With that said, it's clear that the Pats like being the Hunter vs. the Hunted.  And I'm sure there is a lot for them to be fired up to play the Bills.. From Diggs STFU.. To JA17's 'Who did they think I was comment' after that game.. I'm sure the Pats will be very fired up.   If the Bills are truly who we think they are.. they will put out that fire very quickly.  

 

Of all the match ups.. this is the match up I wanted because I do not believe Mac Jones is that good... but with that said, this is the one opponent that maybe able to make up for their physical shortcomings with emotion and motivation.

How are the Bills one dimensional when they are 6th in the NFL in rushing yards? Ahead of the Patriots. Who are the ones that actually MIGHT be one dimensional because they have a QB with a rag arm who can't threaten a defense deep.

The context: Tom Curran is a Patriots journalist, resident Masshole, probable registered sex offender, and professional clown. Like all Massholes, he defends habitual cheating and does so in an extremely obnoxious way. After the first Bills-Patriots game, Mr. Curran made a remark about the Buffalo D needing to “suck on it” because disgusting pedophiles like him often make such Freudian slips. Whenever discussing our beloved Bills, he puts on oversized shoes, wears oversized clothing from the local Salvation Army, applies garish makeup like an inebriated drag queen, covers his nose with a large red spherical foam, and gets out of an absurdly small car minutes beforehand with a bunch of fellow Massholes/Patriots fans/registered sex offenders dressed just like him.

If you look at the banner on the lower part of the screen ("Postgame plus: Pats improve to 36-7 ...") you can see this was a postgame comment from the first game, the snow and wind game that the Pats won.

 

In that context it's a bit more understandable. If it had been said now it would have been pretty bizarre indeed.

They dont need to suck on it they "have to suck on it".  No idea what that really means....they are going to talk about a regular season win for 25-30 years that at the end of the day was nothing more than that and made no significant difference in their season.   Sure, it was memorable for the weather and "we only passed it three times and won".   Pretty sure the Bills who like to pass are the team with an arm tied behind their back in that game.  He seems to have completely forgot about the second game that effectively decided the decision where the Bills did not punt or have a turnover.   Suck on that baby

I think this is what they have convinced themselves is the basic truth.  While the Bills defense may be very good they are more finesse than fierce and can be pushed around and though Josh was fantastic in the second game, the Pats were within one score in the 4th quarter and the Bills were one mistake away from being beaten.  It is statistically unlikely that Josh can be that great in back to back games.  It's not analysis, it's fandom.

Ah yes the losers of 3 out of their last 4 games that fell from the 1 seed favorite to nearly out of the playoffs is talking smack.  Now I’m kind of upset we missed tons of opportunities and didn’t beat them by 35 last time lol they were the inferior team by a long shot that game and it was a miracle for them that it wasn’t over before halftime 

 

they are lucky to be in the playoffs honestly…this is not the pats of old.  Just ran into Cleveland and Tennessee at the right time injury wise or they would’ve missed.

Pats are just another team with Brady gone…seems like it’s the absolute ball washing the media does for all things patriots that annoys people now but even the media outside of Boston has written them off and totally dropped the bucs vs pats Superbowl angle lol. I’m actually much more sick of kc and the pats winning would mostly make me mad because I don’t think they have any chance against them should they cross paths in the afc championship.

I can understand this...it's clear though, a lot on this board don't get what the media's job is and they love to let everything the media says bother them....

 

pats aren't media darlings now, let next year come and say the pats win 3 in a row and the bills lose one of three, you know what it will be like on sport media outlets the next day and on here as well.

This was after the Pats win and after Hyde and Poyer threw a hissy fit postgame. Totally deserved this comment.   

 

He's not wrong, it's true. It was entirely embarrassing. McDermott was comically out coached then after the game gave no credit to Belichick, threw players and coordinator under the bus.  It was bizarre and terrible.

 

We didn't adjust at all during the game and it cost us.  Keep running 4 linemen out there, and the Pats literally kept running some of the same plays over and over and out wasn't until 4Q that Milano finally started blowing out up. 

 

That game was a total embarrassment. They have every right to mock us.
