my friend was sitting in the kelly club (i'm pretty sure that was the club) and took a picture of the box behind his seats.  Sure enough there was kraft.  he said fans were brutally heckling him

I’m sure he wiped away the tears with a pile of cash and/or several SB rings.

i'm sure he doesn't care, but it would be so annoying to watch a game with people screaming at you the entire time.

Must be a slow news day

Not long ago people talked about the sports news of the day, the game, player transactions, et al.  Yet, I've noticed over the past few years that journalism has trended away from reporting the news and now focuses heavily on analysis.

In terms of sports journalism, The Athletic website is built on this.  They're not so much writing to cover events, but to review what happened and provide analysis for it.  Or, to predict what will happen with use of tools like analytics.  People have a desire to know things before they happen so as not to be surprised.

And there's a market for it because consumers (the fans) demand a steady stream of content.  This is especially so when there's no news like a game, the draft, or free agency signing to cover.  It's why various websites put forward stories that begin with a question such as "Why" or "How" something happened.

IMO, this trend toward analysis is driving fans to be more ridiculously anxious and speculate wildly on all things sports.  A few weeks back someone posted a serious question about what would happen if Matt Barkley was injured when Josh Allen was completely healthy.

There are so many threads on TBD now that people initiate which follow this same practice of beginning with a question.  Some of it is individual posters who want attention with likes, thanks, etc.  But much of it is people who are worried about the team.  I guess it's a sign of the times that sports is taking over people's lives.

My son and I were walking back to the lot for the post-game tailgate and saw two motorcycle cops escorting one of the four-wheeler/big golf cart things.  Had no idea who it was; they were moving at a pretty good clip once they were able to turn left onto Abbott..  Then, whilst at the lot, we saw the helicopter take off right over our heads.  That's when someone told me it was Kraft and his grandson.

Pretty cool to see, I say.

Doesn't he have aids down in South Florida to help him wipe away any liquid discharges?

I think it would still be HIV at this point. It won't be long though.

Upon hearing that his helicopter did minor damage, To their field, Kraft should have reached out to ECC and floated them a few bucks.  That would’ve been the right thing to do.

Spa coupons at least...(after all, what are the chances someone will actually schlepp down to Florida to redeem them?)

You've  got it all backwards... the Aids GAVE HIM the liquid discharges.

"Robert Kraft's pilot needed to perform an emergency landing of his helicopter nicknamed "The Tugboat" after Kraft became belligerent when the pilot refused to fly him to an asian massage palor. Upon landing Kraft took off running to ECC and began showering money on coeds.":pirate:

So he lands in Cheektowaga and needs helicopter to stadium? Guess his ego needs stroking. What's it a 15 min drive with police escort.

He probably flew over from Boston that morning.  Maybe 2.5 to 3 hours.  When you have a net worth of 6.6 billion, you can afford such luxuries.

Saw a Sikorski land when we were tailgating at Metlife before the Bills/Giants game and I assume it may have been Pegula or Mara.

I don’t think it’s a 15 min drive on game days.
