Let those explain again that qb's & teams throwing for 300 means nothing and further explain how it is a meaningless stat. Daniel Jones in his first game did it (as did Kyler Murray). There are certain stats that mean something. 300 passing yards is not one of them. But I do think we need to harness a more explosive offense to beat the top teams in the AFC (Baltimore, NE, KC) Next week is the measuring stick for 2019. TD/INT ratio and YPA are the stats that matter for a QB. 90% likelihood the 300 yard gmae comes in a loss with garbage yards. I think Jones/Mahomes have playmaking TEs that helps their passing game and QB. If not then, maybe the Dolphins after the Bye? I don't know. It's very weird that it hasn't happened even in garbage time, but game scripts have a lot to do with it. Just focused on getting the wins right now. Allen will do it eventually this season. Hopefully it happens sooner than later because P;m kind of getting tired of hearing about it. That’s considered to be the upper standard for QB’s I’ll say this though, we didn’t need to pass much in the second half of last weeks game against the Giants.
