ProcessTruster
Or maybe 4/5. Hard to keep track. Well, we'll see if my theory that injuries matter and "next man up" is largely garbage (ie: backups are way worse than starters in today's NFL, esp on the OLine). Although they went to the SB with a crap O Line last year, this wave of injuries is big and should make a difference in the game, Hope Frazier has some stuff ready to go .

Straight Hucklebuck
Jonah was on crutches and a knee brace after the game. Cappa got hurt in the Week 18 Ravens game. DNPs all week. Monday of last week Taylor said Cappa would be a long shot to play against the Ravens in the Playoffs. And Collins is gone for the year regardless. All this said, I’m with others. I’m not sure the Bills DEs can take advantage of this. Rousseau would seem to be in the best spot, but when was his last “big” game? One sack isn’t going to do anything. 1

However, I will most certainly be PO'd if we walk out of this game with something like 3 sacks for 8 yards and Burrows lighting us up because we could not get to him. All the picks, all the free agents and you lose Von Miller a couple of months ago and you turn into the sisters of the poor trying to put a pass rush on? Please. Will not be happy. Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD
The best way to get pressure against an O-line that doesn't have experience playing together is to use stunts and disguised blitzes so that the linemen are unable to figure out their blocking assignments. I would love to see Rousseau used more on inside stunts considering he was extremely successful doing that in college. 9

With the LT out they might not be able to at all off tackle. I also think we will be able to dial up some pressure. If not we will likely have problems. Hughes/Addison etc. the Obada flyer. Four high picks. Then, for 8 games we actually had a pass rush. Then, it all ended on that horrendous turf in Detroit. 1

larrym
its true our pass rush is ineffective. Watching the 49ers d its plain to see our defense needs an overhaul. I myself am pretty calm too. I'm not confident we can win this game and this is just be objective. This team all year is like an engine with a misfire or dead cylinder. In some ways not making the superbowl might be a blessing because i think whoever emerges from the AFC probably will get steamrolled. 1
Beast
If the Bills d-line lays an egg against the Bengals our GM may be under the microscope for all the high draft picks and salary cap space he has spent on that unit. There is no reason we shouldn’t see a strong performance and anything less will be a big organizational failure. JohnNord
It’s looking like 3/5 starters are going to be out this game and while the Bills might not have a dominant pass rush without Von, it’s certainly a matchup they can easier than they could with the starters. Also to people saying that the injuries aren’t a big deal… I would disagree. They could only score 1 TD in the second half and Burrow was dumping the ball off short because he knew the line couldn’t hold up long. Granted, a better DL in Baltimore but still…
Bruffalo
Can't wait to watch the Bills get held all game and never have it called. gjv
Last week I was hoping for a big game from our front 4 because Miami had starters out on their Oline. colin
if 3 starters are out, or worse (for them) should be out but suit up anyhow, then we will be smacking burrow something fierce. they'll truck us on a few drives, and we'll make some really billsy things happen of course, but the d was straight up on tilt on sunday and will be riding that forwards

stlbills13
It's certainly helpful but the Bengals can also gameplan all week so they will be well prepared.
