Cantilevered in the between the Canadian and US falls. Thus, saving the networks the budget they spend to send a film crew to the falls to provide live footage there every time the Bills are on TV.

Also as a further TV cost cutting move, they should set up a mobile fry kitchenette in the back of the production van for the inevitable chicken wing drippy basket fade-outs to commercial…😎

did we cover all of the Buffalonian bases yet? 🤔

Not the Bills, but Northwestern Univ. (near Chicago) released renderings of their new stadium today. The new Ryan Field will cost ~$800M and have a capacity of 35K, which is a downsize from the current field’s 47K.

Looks kinda similar to what is said to be the design for us, with the awning over most seats. Are we going to have to go to three tiers to fit 60K?

(Also, fer chrissake, 204KB is the biggest image size allowed here and it kinda sucks to have to do the photo-compress app three times before it’s small enough. 204KB is insanely small & crappy quality these days. Sorry to vent, but…)

So it's going on 2 months since we were "close," and I don't want to scroll through every page...

Can somebody tell me if we got those renderings yet?

I can sum it up for you so you don't have to visit this page until you hear this. NY State, Erie County and the Buffalo Bills have signed the agreement for the new stadium. When you hear that, check back on this thread the next day as that is when the you will see the new stadium rendering. NOTHING until it's a fully completed deal. I mean, why would they?

The good news though as Just Jack reminds us is we are one day closer to seeing it.

If you copy the page address of the pic, you can upload it here by using the “other media” drop down tab, then “insert image from URL” and the orig size won’t be an issue.

Hold up, I have a real comment on the topic!

This weekend's game in London between the Vikings and Saints will be at Tottenham Hotspur stadium, which has been mentioned before, designed by the same firm designing the Bills new stadium.  So, if speculation is correct, check out the game to maybe get an idea what the new stadium could look like.

Almost perfect.  The finishing touch would be adding an Anchor Bar kitchen with glass wall so they can film the wings being tossed with sauce in the metal bowl right next to the falls.

Good thinking.  How do we work in the shirtless fans into the shot? 🤔

Simple - a classic Buffalo-winter space heater or chicken wing oil fire. They'll be ripping their parkas and wool lumberjack shirts off faster than you can say "lake effect".

I'm having doubts it'll be today.

I like your approach.

Maybe the reverse jinx works?

Anyway, the odds are in your favor, and when you are finally wrong we will be too excited to point it out!   😋

Surprised how it’s been radio silent the past month regarding the stadium.

In all seriousness, they will probably wait until the bye week so that it gets full attention.

It will get released when all the I’s have been dotted and the T’s have been crossed.

this deal ain’t officially official, and until it is there will be no renderings.

It's pretty simple logic really. Why can't people understand this? They ain't releasing anything until the deal is complete. Why would they? So they can look stupid if it doesn't come to fruition?

On another board, someone claimed they saw it at a construction seminar or something that Racuuia (sp) was the guest speaker.  Said it sounded almost as if they had to wait until the legal stuff was all finished ahead of that October 15th (extended) deadline.  Then there will be a website where everything will be rolled out to the public.

Said it looked awesome.  not much we didnt know.  5 levels with standing room behind levels to give it a vertical look?  Gradual incline in 1st level but past that it gets steeper and overhangs.  Open concourses.  Roof didnt seem to cover the lower 20-40 rows so much.  61K seats with room for 5K SR.  field is about 20 feet below ground.  Outside walls are perforated in different directions to dissipate the wind.  Natural grass.  They traveled everywhere and claim this stadium will have it all, etc...  Starts building in the spring, ready for the 2026 opener.

So we have gotten renderings just in really old-school rpg game form where everything was in text and you had to use your imagination.
