I don't need an update about how something is "very close".  Either show the renderings or tell me a date.  Of course we are close, they have deadlines and a timeline to meet.  Thanks for zero new information.

Bravo!  👏🏻

rust-belt cities are largely remaking themselves.  This "holding onto the past" thing needs to go, IMO.  It's not a "rust belt" city anymore (neither are PIT or CLE, either).  Before it was a "rust belt city" it was something else.  Now it's trying (hopefully) to transition into a tech/banking/medical city.

Whatever - blue collar then.  It's Buffalo - it will never be silicon valley

what blue collar jobs are in Buffalo?  they don't make anything here anymore

Beer, obviously!

Except I'm not sure on that either... but I thought I heard there were some small breweries in Buffalo these days 😅

Given the new stadium with be completely above ground (below ground current one encourages the swirling winds, and the guy this morning stated on WGR it will be a more vertical view should mean better sight views.  It’s also different than Seattle as it’s a 360 tarp so should really cut down on the weather issues.   I just wish it were 70,000 seats as they already on the current season are just north of 60,000 season ticket holders.

People mix up the suburbs and the city

Absolutely most of the men in the city are working blue-collar jobs… They are roofers, Plumbers, Electricians, Truck drivers, Concrete

I spent a lot of time on the eastside.. Like 4 days a week… They’re all blue collar over there

I don’t know any doctors or physical therapists or bankers on the east side.. They’re all in clearance and Williamsville and East aurora

The city is blue-collar… The suburbs are white collar

The view from my seats at the new stadium.....

I will pay the PSL but it means I likely can't afford my meds -- fair warning to everyone.

I found a hacked photo of the rendition. Very retro.

He mentioned that the seats are going to be steeper, so as you go higher in the stadium, you don't go far away from the field...like the old Aud was.

That would be great!

Drunks are already falling out of the upper deck, can you imagine the carnage caused by setting up the new stadium as steep as the oranges were in the aud?

Deep thinkers at PSE are hoping that after the outrageous PSL’s, fans won’t have money leftover for alcohol. 😉

Is it just me or did no one on the design team tell the mouthpiece what “FULLY ENCLOSED” actually means…, or is it that the design team doesn’t know what “FULLY ENCLOSED” means??? JFC, What a bunch of spew.

Now don’t get me wrong, I think the new stadium is gonna be f ing great, but don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining…,

Okay, I think I’m done now

I know it’s not gonna be a dome stadium, but if it was I would hope it would be as good as the stadium in Minnesota. Those guys have it really good out there. Because it’s going to have that steep sides in the upper deck, they better build strong railings. I have vertigo and it really isn’t fun climbing those steps in Seattle.

I am interested if they put some rust-belt/blue-collar vibe into it - vs some hyper sleek thing which soesn't really fit the image of the city

They're going to use pieces of the old War Memorial Stadium for fit & finish. The leaky concourses, filthy restrooms and plywood concession stands to name a few.

This is the soccer stadium in Saint Paul (about two miles away from my house)...

Do you ever go over to Surly brewing? I was in Minneapolis for the Bills game a few years back, we went there for dinner. Loved that venue. I heard they shut down the taproom.

Its 100% going to look like a UEFA Soccer Stadium in my opinion. I think its Jeremy who said it and he's spot on. All the new ones have the exact same details and have about the same seating capacity as to what the Bills were looking for around 60,000.

It’s just an enhanced version of table jumping.  Like from 400 ft. Up

Whoops there goes another one.

The comments about fans gathering “at the front door” not just on gamedays is interesting.

how about a massive Buffalo statue to break the world record of the one in North Dakota as the entrance to the stadium?

could be an attraction year round if you put restaurants near there too

Get really awesome and make it hollow with a mueseum inside of Bills history

I really hope this new stadium has giant rails that go the entire length down so we can slide down it.

Supposedly there will be romp rooms so fans don’t have to do their deeds in the parking lots.

But how else will I get my Kiko jersey?

They opened up a Beer Hall...Quite Nice....been once since we moved here.

In many ways MSP reminds me of WNY...great people, strong work-ethic, generational families, gritty, etc.  Particularly Saint Paul.

Well hopefully nobody is bed ridden and needs to use it.

Where are you going today?  I am headed to the big bedpan.....It kind of goes with Highmark

Ever sat in the Oranges in the old Aud? Same experience.

I wonder if any other new development pop-up around the new stadium?  I nice big hotel nearby would be amazing, as would a few other bars (not that we all don't love our Big Tree and Danny's time), a brewery maybe.  IDK, it's always interesting to me that there's really not much near the stadium, maybe this could be a catalyst...

You’d think 3 or 4 hotels close by would make sense.
