vanhalen26
And PSL seat fees will probably pay the owner share. Hopefully they kick in. This asset (owning the team) is appreciating by billions for them. Edited March 28, 2022 by vanhalen26 2

Bleedbuffaloblue
Numbers look good. Shouldn’t be too hard of a sell in the state budget. Figured the Pegula’s would have to go in for approximately $400M to get the deal done.

Steptide
Still don't understand the 2026 time frame. Is that worst case scenario? I feel like the stadium could/will be done before that, but what do I know

CountDorkula
Great news about the Stadium! Still disagree about placement and Open air. But ill live with it if it means they are here for 30+ years. 6 1

To be fair, If Cuomo/state wouldn't have baled when Pegulas first bought the team, the team would be DownTown.

Greg S
Congrats to all Bills fans especially those who live in the area. As a Bills fan in NJ I will get to the new stadium eventually. I just hope the hit to your wallets isn't too bad so that fans don't get priced out. It's nice to know the long term future of the Bills in WNY is secure. A special thanks to Ralph Wilson. Even in death he made sure the team would stay where it is.
