HOUSE
Orchard Park (WGR550) - As the Bills prepare to face the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots Sunday, running back Devin Singletary and tight end Tyler Kroft aren’t participating in practice Wednesday. https://wgr550.radio.com/articles/news/singletary-kroft-both-out-wednesdays-practice https://www.buffalobills.com/news/injury-report-zay-jones-tre-davious-white-both-limited-in-practice Edited September 25, 2019 by HOUSE

PetermansRedemption
Kroft isn’t a big loss, we haven’t relied on him yet nor will we. I also doubt he has the tackle breaking ability of Knox. Singletary, that’s concerning. They didn’t add a RB so I fully expected Singletary to practice today. They cannot go into another game with Gore and Yeldon, especially with Gore’s age. Have to sign Marcus Murphy back IMO. billsfan_34
Kroft would of been a nice addition this weekend if he could stay healthy. I hope for Knox to have a monster game and give the Pats some Gronk like plays to chew on. I am surprised Devin is still out.

bkep32
As much as i want singletary for this game, let that hammy heal up. Its still a long season, rather have is fresh legs come week 10 thru 17 then to burn it up again just to play the pats 2

atlbillsfan1975
Singletary is a big loss. Gore is a great between the tackles runner. Zero ability to take it to the house. Hoping maybe they are giving as much rest as possible. If he can’t go then they will need to get creative. Just no more end arounds on short yardage please. Knox is good and I think Kroft is going to be a good addition too. Edited September 25, 2019 by atlbillsfan1975

I wouldnt say Singletary is concerning, with hamstrings its better to make doubly sure its OK before going out there again. Hamstrings feel fine after a few days and then as soon as you go out and try and play on it again it pulls...this time a little worse than before... I know all too well...repeated the above process in college playing soccer and football about 4 or 5 times until it ended up partially tearing and i was on the ground screaming in pain.

He is a heck of a recievers for a RB. And with Singletary having question marks there is makes sense why he is on the team.

brianthomas
Wade sounds good on 1 level, but bad on another. In such a big game if youre the coach, i don't think you want to bring in a player as raw as him, with zero regular season game experience, to play vs the Patriots in such a huge game. It just doesnt sound like something he'd want to do. But we definitely shouldn't & cant go into this game with just Gore & Yeldon. A strong running game will be key to our success & Gore could get injured, Yeldon could have fumbleitis or we just need that change of pace back that can add some speed & shiftiness back there. I'd be surprised if we don't have Devin or someone else named to play soon.

It makes you wonder if they would rather make sure he is recovered than rushing him into a game, which at this point in the season, isn’t that important

I think they thought they would throw to him more and they haven't? Marcus knows the entire playbook and you could plug him in behind Gore. I agree to be careful with Singletary. If he's not 100%, don't risk making the hammy worse. Not contacting MM is very confusing?
