If McDaniels can teach and coordinate the offense effectively as well as display strong situational play calling, he could work. I don’t want him as a head coach though, no way. Anyone have suggestions? The Bills looked at Tee Martin last time. He's the QB coach in Baltimore. If the whole staff gets canned in NY, you might look at Mike Kafka. He is from Andy Reid's coaching tree.
