The problem they are going to continue to have is when other good teams jump on them they simply aren't built to play from behind and I think that's what the Dolphins will try to replicate in terms of what the Chiefs did earlier this year and see no reason why they won't be successful given how well that offense is playing of late. If Armstead is out Miami could be in serious trouble...he missed a part of the game against Houston and the Fins had fits in pass protection. Considering Tua is made of glass, probably not great. I’ll go with history until our division opponents prove differently. The Patriots were in this position at the exact time last year. The better team eventually settled in and smacked them around late in the year to take the division again. I’m expecting the same when the Bills meet the fins at home in a few weeks.

The browns win was impressive but I don’t really put any stock in their performance against the Kyle Allen led Texans. Also…we barely hung on against the browns? Rew
The dolphins are better than expected, and I have been impressed by the coaching. Coming into the season it seemed like they had a chance at a wildcard, and now it seems they are a definite over .500 team, even against a more challenging schedule. It's ok to acknowledge that they are playing well and recognize that they are on a tier below the chiefs and bills. They could easily end up anywhere from 9-13 wins still. They won't be favored in any more than 3 of their remaining games, 2 if the jets defense keeps up at the same level. I think they push and end up 11-6, with wins against chargers, packers, and patriots. Tua has been about what is expected and what he's shown in previous years. He is physically limited (since his SR year injury), but throws a pretty ball. It he cam keep playing within his capabilities, he'll continue to be in the top half of QB's in the league. He's more than a "game manager", but has enough limits to not be elite. With his receivers playing the way that they are, he can statistically be in the top 10 or 5 depending on schedule.

Yes, he's accurate Yes, he throws a nice catchable ball But he still seems fragile and not meant for the long haul. He slides to avoid hits or runs out of bounds He doesn't fire up his teammates or inspire a lot of leadership This is the first year he's had any sustained success, and that's with missing multiple games or parts of games due to injury Regression and injuries are going to hit this team hard I'll wait to anoint Tua and the Dolphins until they can prove it in the playoffs Is your cousin an inbred? And McDaniel has designed an offense to get the ball out quick and go for yards after catch. All Tua has to do is what is asked within the offensive scheme. Having elite speed on the outside does make even the average quarterback look great. Are they unstoppable with Tua not at all, but they still are a problem with that talent on the outside. Here’s another how about we see if Tua and his resurrected actually finish a whole season, that in itself would amaze me honestly. I agree with most of what you said also, wanted to state that before I ramble. You can discredit back up qbs, weather/injuries since the teams have to play the cards they are dealt, but I’m not sure you can tell fans in an NFL world of fantasy leagues and gambling actual realities. Cold weather does matter to players, not sure if it has the same effect as dropping 20 some players to dehydration or playing on blown ACLs…I digress. Comparing victories/defeats is fun. GB beat Dallas, Dallas beat Minn, Minn beat Buffalo, Buffalo beat Tenn, Tenn beat Indy and Houston beat Indy, who just got beat by Miami, therefore they are Champions!! Philly has gotten beat by Washington, who was beaten by Detroit who was beaten by Buffalo who was beaten by Miami.. Championship!! See fun. BigAl2526
I think the Bills are a better team than Miami. Miami caught Buffalo at perfect time. Buffalo was dealing with a bunch of injuries and the weather in Miami for the game was perfect to take advantage of the disparity in the two sidelines. As long as the injury situations are somewhat similar, I expect Buffalo to win the rematch in Buffalo.

May Day 10
I said it last year when the seas parted for the Bills, and the same holds true for Miami this season: An impressive record is impressive. It is very hard to win games, especially with consistency. These are all world class athletes at the top of their profession, highly competitive, and driven by money. The coaches are all the best strategists in the sport. Everyone is giving their all. The difference between #1 and #32 is not all that huge, and within that range, teams are much closer. Many games also come down to a few bounces, calls, and luck. To come out 8-3 is impressive!
machine gun kelly
I’ve read several comments on getting healthy. We’ll, Poyer is practicing, Allen was throwing, Edmunds, and Morse were full participants. Of the starters we’re out Von, and Dion is day to day. My concern is Spencer Brown as he may not hold up well against the Cheats front 7. He’ll need TE or 6th OL help at times. One item somewhat under the radar is we have done more 21 personnel and has worked. Whether it’s Gilliam and Motor, or Motor and Cook/Hines, it is a viable option. Before the season, myself included thought maybe 12 personnel would be a way to diversify the offense, but Howard was a shell of himself, so 21 maybe a thing to expand as really the Cook/Hines option is really the short dump off receiver dressed up as a RB. I think all of us will be happy Friday morning.

I like it that the media are talking about Tua and the Dolphins, and Mike White and the Jets, and Joe Burrow and Cincinnati. They've all won some games, and some of the praise (I'm thinking the Bengals, who are coming into shape at the right time) is deserved. Pile it on. The Bills just need to get their house in order and win these last six games. We'll see. Edited November 29, 2022 by Dr. K

It’s hard to tell…tua has usually been hurt when they’ve played the stiffer competition the last few years…or the opposing team has been ravaged by the injury bug (baltimore,Buffalo) tua looked pretty mediocre against cincy in the half that he played and buffalo. I think their offense is a bit gimmicky and it’s structured well to blow out bad teams but not do much against good ones. We’re definitely gonna find out a lot in the next three games…they might be the real deal we just don’t know yet. looks like their gamble on terron armstead went sideways also as he will now be out for awhile. We’ll have to see how that offensive line holds up our offense was the problem because we lost 5 offensive linemen by halftime lol the pressure was immediate all second half. Dawkins and saffold finished the game but the other 3 spots on the offensive line were absolutely decimated by injuries/heat stroke Edited November 29, 2022 by Generic_Bills_Fan

And they only beat the Vikings because of the same unfair home field advantage that let them beat us. https://www.si.com/.amp/extra-mustard/2022/10/16/vikings-dolphins-sideline-temperature-difference-miami-120-degrees Dolphins are pretenders
