Name 2 players drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2022

Tariq Woolen CB UTSA 6ā€™4ā€, 4.26 40 time - could be a steal but will take some coaching and development, but has good hands and ball tracking ability as a converted wr
Dameon Pierce RB Florida 5ā€™11ā€, 4.59 40 time, 13 rushing TDs, physical freak that benches 390 and squats 705 - excellent goal line/short yardage back that is also an excellent pass blocker and receiver; a punishing runner that would give Bills a physicality needed at the position

I can't remember who the winner was.....sorry, I should remember that.

Ā

Over 17 years I think I guessed a total of 3 player correctly, they were all players in the later rounds that can play multiple positions, WR/ST or a speed LB/ ST.

.

Ā

ive gotten one player many times

Those are some great traits, how much does Pierce weigh?

220 - Florida really had a stacked backfield so he doesnā€™t have a ton of mileage but averaged 5.7 yds a carry and was used as their short yardage back. Ā One of my favorite rbs Iā€™ve seen at Florida since the early 90s (up there with Fred Taylor and Earnest Graham). Ā The offense was just better with him on the field whether he got the ball or not.Ā

I also have no idea why people are so high on K. Elam CB Florida - an awful tackler and frequently loses coverage. Ā The Florida Defensive staff was awful at coaching but good at recruiting so maybe itā€™s based on potential, but I just donā€™t see it and I watched every game of his career. Ā Thatā€™s a player I hope that they do not draft. Ā Honestly the entire secondary this year was laughably bad in comparison to it being a historically strong group. Ā Watch the Alabama or LSU games as examples. Ā Jeremiah Moon may be the only player worth drafting and he is probably a late round pick due to being a questionable NFL edge rusher or odd fit at LB that doesnā€™t seem to diagnose plays quick enough.Ā
Ā

Stingley or Woolen are the CBs I like the most but no way Bills get Stingley without moving up and I donā€™t think it would be worth the cost.Ā

Changing this because I think Green goes to Dallas at pick 24 - and I think we'll take CB at pick 25 if we hold.Ā  I think 5 CBs can go round 1 and be a starter.Ā  White was the 5th CB taken in 2017 btw.Ā Ā

Ā

And I think Safety has taken a few steps up the priority ladder.Ā Ā

Kaiir Elam CB Florida (RD 1)

Nick Cross S Maryland (RD 3/4)

I'm going to say that there is a maybe 5% chance Bills go WR in round 1.

Ā

First, if Diggs and Davis are your starters - and likely the next 2 years minimum, why draft one now?Ā  In Round 1.Ā  You'll have to trade up to get that sure fire starter where there seems to be little consensus on the position and WRS can be had later.Ā Ā

Ā

Second, you want guys that can come in and start and make an impact on a team that's a SB favorite.Ā Ā

Ā

There are only 2 positions available on the roster for that to happen based on the depth chart now.Ā  It's CB and 1 tech DT.Ā  Maybe OG.Ā Ā

Ā

Ā

CB, or Davis is who I think they want in RD 1 - I guarantee Davis is on their radar.

Ā

Look WR later.Ā Ā

What round for Calvin Austin? I think he gets elected with 50th pick by the Chiefs or even the 30th pick I wouldnā€™t be too shocked.
