HappyDays
I'd rather they sign him than the Chiefs. The Chiefs might really hurt at pass rush this year which bodes well for us. 3

I think Pittsburgh and Big Ben are "in denial". He should have hung it up last year. So the Steelers now going to magically turn into a running first team? OK. I think the Steelers are fighting Cinci for the basement in their Conference. Too bad we have to see Ben in the first game of the season before he starts to slow/break down. 1

John from Riverside
It took a long time for a team to sign Ingram I think that says something we definitely weren’t going to take him after we just got done drafting defensive lineman one and two in our own draft

Please don't post facts on this board. They often interfere with the prevailing narrative Old, slow and injured. No thanks. I didn't like many of the DL FA signings last year but Beane cut/restructured nicely this off-season and got younger. Hopefully they have the nice mix of youth and experience to generate a consistent pass rush
AmishRifle
Ben supposedly went all in this offseason on a diet and workout regimen. Reports are that he’s dropped a lot of weight and is getting stronger. Will be interesting to see if it allows him to be a little more mobile or maybe he’s just expecting to take a beating behind that line.

NewEra
The Steelers D could be really good. I don’t know how much he has left in the tank but his skill set fits their system really well. He did in the last offense and it was one of the lease effective attacks Ben has commanded since he was a rookie. They canned the OC so who knows what their offense will look like this year. We beat them by 11 and had a pick 7. 9-7 at the half. Our O couldn’t do anything in the first half and they were missing some of their best players. You act as if because we beat a team one season that it’s an automatic win the following. That’s just not the case. We’ll be the favorites. They have a chance to win. Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD
He just became my pick for comeback player of the year. O-lines will need to focus on TJ Watt across from him and Heyward on the interior, leaving Ingram with favorable 1-on-1 matchups. If he stays healthy I think he gets back to double digit sacks.
