I don’t wanna knock Davis but he seen some experience corners last week. He also was not overlooked you could tell they had a focus on locking him up. He was overmatched. Mat68 Posted January 23, 2021 Share Posted January 23, 2021 Both play IMO. Davis was hobbled vs Baltimore and didnt practice. Stills offers a decent matchup outside vs a saftey or dime back. Would rather have a healhy Stills vs a step slow Davis. Jackson imo is our best back up db. Having extra dbs available vs KC makes alot of sense too. He’s been an absolute steal in the 7th round but he’s still really raw. He makes plays, but his aggressive nature gets him in trouble. Watch the all-22 where he’s been active and seen a lot of time on the field. For every huge play he makes he gets toasted 2-3 times. If he can temper his fire and play better within the scheme he will be a VERY good DB, but he needs to learn when to be aggressive and when to play within the scheme of the defense.
