This is actually a super interesting point. It sounds like something Bellichick would think up.

Because the linemen are run blocking and probably down field making contact.  It would at best be an illegal man downfield penalty.

I like the line of thinking, but his catch to target ratio is on par with Zay Jones, So I would pass. But I like the line of thinking.

he has really comeon late recently but that is my worry does he revert back to what he has been before the last 4 weeks

This front office needs to spend the first 4 draft picks on offense, no excuses anymore.

our offense is so stripped of talent its crazy how we are a potential 11 win team

They are sitting their top 3 WR, starting RB, TE and QB.  NY is playing starters.

Wow this game shows that Beane and Co. really needs to get to work and fix the depth on this team.

Because our backups are hanging toe to toe with starters that have won their last 5 of 7?

I really am curious how good our offense could be if we ran a similar scheme as the Ravens

RPO with Allen who is easily the 2nd best running QB in the league and double TE sets with Knox and Kroft/Sweeny.

3rd & 8 from the 11? ?‍♂️

This is one time where you do not "Play to win the game" and instead "play to just play it" so that you can be at your best the following week.

I said at the beginning of the year that this team only makes the playoffs if they stay injury free.

Injuries scuttled Indy.  It does not take much for any team in the NFL to go from a playoff contender to one that stays home.
